Youth icon, Raghu Ram got married to his girlfriend Natalie Di Luccio in a destination wedding in Goa today on December 12, 2018. His good friend, Rannvijay Singha shared the first pictures of the just-married couple on Instagram and earlier, went live from the wedding venue itself. For the unintitated ones, it must be mentioned here that Raghu Ram was earlier married to actress, Sugandha Garg. And guess what? Sugandha took to social media and congratulated her ex-husband and his second wife. Sharing the following pic, she wrote, "The new Mr. And Mrs. @instaraghu @nataliediluccio Congratulations..it’s going to be epic from the looks of it. one from me and the other one from zukzuk. We both love you both and can’t wait to see you back in Bombay!" Take a look:
Raghu and Sugandha share an amicable bond even after their divorce. When Raghu was asked about the same in an interview, he had shared, “Sugandha was the first one to know about Natalie from me. She said that if she had to pick a girl for me it would be her. They've had many conversations behind my back. I am sure Sugandha has given some advice on the dos and don'ts with me. She also told me about the mistakes I should avoid making this time.”
You know what? Raghu announced his separation with Sugandha, in a fun manner. He wrote, “Some things never change. Like the love I have for you. Like the fun we have always had together. Post their divorce, Raghu had released a statement which stated, “Our relationship has changed over time. Today, we might not be a couple, but we are still the best of friends. The disconnect was bound to happen. The important thing is that we started off as friends, and we realised that if our relationship isn’t working, then it is best to stay friends. We have prioritised our friendship over everything else. I am happy about that, and so is she.”
It must also be mentioned here that Raghu's wife now, Natalie was earlier in a serious relationship with Kkavyanjali fame, Eijaz Khan. Eijaz had once stated in a chat show, “I never loved anybody like I loved her — like a child, my equal, a friend, travel partner. I don't think it was right for me to expect Natalie to give her precious time to our relationship. I would have also advised her to focus on her career if I were her family. I am the only person who knows the real Natalie. After she left, I was very disturbed to the point of not wanting to live anymore. I would lock myself up in my room for days on end. As actors, we are emotionally fragile. On top of that, we men are expected to be macho and strong, no matter how broken we are inside."
Well, all that's past now, and everyone has moved on in their lives positively. It must be noted here that in March 2018, Raghu had introduced Natalie as the love of his life to his fans on social media and wrote, “@nataliediluccio you once told me that you needed to believe in Magic. Well, here’s your proof. You walked into my life a year ago today... and impossibly, everything inside me changed! I feel Love. I feel Happiness. I feel Hope. I feel. Again. All because of you!
