Exactly in a week now, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas will become wife and husband to each other on December 02, 2018 at the famous Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur. It was yesterday (November 23, 2018) that Nick Jonas arrived in India and the social media went crazy, after all, the dulhe raja is all set to take his dulhania to the US. It was on August 18, 2018, when Priyanka and Nick made it official by exchanging rings at their roka ceremony at PeeCee Mumbai’s residence. Now the latest follow-up on Nickyanka’s wedding is that as per a report in Mumbai Mirror, the couple is going to host two receptions after their wedding. The report suggests that the Priyanka and Nick’s first wedding reception will be in a 5-star hotel in Delhi, and then the second one in Mumbai for PeeCee’s industry friends. The dates and venue are yet to be disclosed but we are sure they must have finalised it by now.
For those who do not know, Priyanka and Nick’s wedding functions will kick-start on November 29, 2018, with a mehendi ceremony and followed by a sangeet ceremony will take place at Mehrangarh Fort. After this, a cocktail party will be thrown for the guests and then auspicious haldi ceremony shall take place on December 01, 2018. Finally, on December 02, 2018, Priyanka and Nick will exchange wedding vows and reportedly, a white Christian wedding is also on the cards on December 03.
Last week, Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra was spotted at the wedding venue while supervising the wedding preparations, and she told the reporters there, “Mera bahut pasandida shehar hai. Saari duniya chhodkar hum yahaan aaye hain. (This city is my favourite. We left aside the whole world to come to this place).” About the wedding preparations, she added, “Ab shaadi dekh lena. Abhi se kya bataaun. Jab ho jaaye, tab baat karenge (You will see it when it happens. What do I say about it now? You must be wondering what Priyanka and Nick will wear at their wedding, right? Well, as per a report in The Sun, “Nick will wear ivory and Priyanka will be in red, while the bridesmaids will wear Ralph Lauren outfits for the Christian wedding because the couple wore the brand at their first public appearance together at the Met Gala last year. The festivities begin in the last week of November. They’re relishing every minute.”

In an earlier interview, she had revealed the songs on which she will be performing on PeeCee’s sangeet and said, “I would do Desi Girl, Tune Mari Entriyaan, Ram Chahe Leela-Leela Chahe Ram, basically all my favourite tracks, and In My City. An English song for the Jonases so that unko bhi samajh aaye kaunsa gaana hum log kar rahe hain. And one I would do Nick’s song; his new song Right Now is very good.”
Groom-to-be, Nick is also prepped up for the sangeet ceremony. A report recently claimed, “Nick will be performing with his troupe at the sangeet. It is tentatively a 45 mins performance where he will be singing some love songs for PeeCee.
