We all look forward to what our favourite celebs would be wearing on their wedding day, and Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ wedding outfits have been revealed now! As per a report in The Sun, Priyanka’s D-day trousseau will be red and her hubby-to-be will don an ivory outfit.
A source told the tabloid newspaper, “Nick will wear ivory and Priyanka will be in red, while the bridesmaids will wear Ralph Lauren outfits for the Christian wedding because the couple wore the brand at their first public appearance together at the Met Gala last year. The festivities begin in the last week of November. They’re relishing every minute.” It was also revealed that American producer and Priyanka’s bestie, Mubina Rattonsey will be the maid of honour.
Speaking of Mubina, she was also the one who organised Priyanka’s bridal shower along with PeeCee’s manager, Anjula Acharia on October 28, 2018, at Tiffany’s Blue Box Café in New York. Priyanka shared the following photos from her bridal shower and captioned them as, “Love, laughter and a room full of amazing ladies...and some special gentlemen (what a special surprise)! For her bridal shower, Priyanka ornamented herself with a $1 million worth of Tiffany's jewellery. The Quantico star has always been drawn towards Tiffany and in an interview, she said, “I’ve always had a romantic fascination with Tiffany since I was a kid. It’s just so chic and classy and timeless. So somewhere I’d mentioned it to Nick that I wanted my ring to be a Tiffany ring and I think he remembered, and hence the ring and the relationship with Tiffany. In a recent interview, Priyanka revealed what makes her relationship with Nick work, and stated, “Truly this (respect) is what worked for me, and he has to be someone who respects you. The report could be read as, “Priyanka and Nick were planning to get married early next year, but it now looks like they may tie the knot by the end of 2018.”
The report could further be read as, “Since day one, Priyanka and Nick have clicked and have never taken their relationship slow. The couple got engaged two months after dating, they've met each other’s families and had a bridal shower and bachelorette party in a very short period of time. For Priyanka and Nick, they know that they love one another and are going to be married, so they don't see the appeal in waiting too long.”
