When you are expecting your second child, your responsibility grows double as you don’t have to just worry about the baby in your womb but also about the one with you. Every second-time pregnant couple ensures that their firstborn understands the responsibility and gels well with their sibling. Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor are parents to two adorable kids, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor. Mira has over the years proved that she is a cool mom to Misha and Zain, and in an unseen photo, we got a glimpse of how perfectly she had handled Misha when she was pregnant with Zain.
In April 2021, Mira Rajput Kapoor had recalled her second baby shower as she had shared a picture with her ‘pregwin.’ It was none other than the film producer, Pragya Kapoor, who was also expecting her second child, Shamsher with her husband, Abhishek Kapoor. Yes, Mira and Pragya were expecting their second babies at the same time. In an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session, a fan had asked Pragya if she and Mira are twins, to which, she had posted a throwback photo from Mira’s baby shower and had called each other “pregwins.” Mira had soon reposted the same on her IG stories and had written:
“Bump twins! Sham & Zi.”

Social media is like a hidden treasure. You just need to look around till you hit the jackpot. Scrolling through it, we also got our hands on a jackpot as we stumbled upon an unseen picture of Mira Rajput Kapoor with her daughter, Misha Kapoor. In the photo, we can see pregnant Mira, wearing an onion pink suit and taking her then-almost-two-year-old daughter, Misha to school, holding her hand. The picture looked too adorable for words and depicted how perfectly Mira had ensured that Misha was not ignored during her second pregnancy.
The Kapoor family had announced Mira’s second pregnancy on April 20, 2018. Shahid Kapoor had taken to his IG handle to share a picture of Misha Kapoor lying on a blackboard with colourful chalked balloons and the words “Big Sister” written on it. It was on September 5, 2018, when the couple had welcomed a baby boy, Zain Kapoor, who was born at Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai. After Zain’s birth, it was on Diwali 2018, when Mira had shared the first picture of baby Zi! Giving a glimpse of junior Kapoor on Diwali, Mira had written:
"Hello world.”

Earlier, we had got our hands on an unseen picture Of Mira Rajput Kapoor and Zain Kapoor from their family photoshoot. The photographer, Ankit Chawla had posted a picture of the mother-son duo on her birthday. While mommy, Mira had looked stunning in an ill-fitted white shirt which she had teamed with a statement neckpiece and had kept her hair straight, her then-newborn son, Zain could be seen wrapped in a grey blanket. Mira couldn’t take her eyes off her little bundle of joy, who could be seen nestled into her arms!
For the unversed, Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor had tied the knot on July 7, 2015.
