However, both Erica and Parth had, time and again, refuted all such rumours in various interviews and media interactions. Recently, on the actress’ birthday, her rumoured ex-boyfriend, Parth posted a beautiful picture with her on Instagram with a lovely wish.
On May 07, 2020, Parth Samthaan took to his Instagram handle and posted an adorable picture with his co-star and rumoured ex-girlfriend, Erica Fernandes to wish her happy birthday. In the picture, we can see the birthday girl taking a selfie with Parth and making an adorable face to the camera. Parth can be seen standing outside Erica’s room and sneaking through the window with an adorable expression. The beautiful picture of these two bought back all the memories of the days when they used to hang out with each other like this a little more. Well, along with this cute picture, Parth wrote a few lines for Erica and it can be read as “Happy birthday cutie @iam_ejf bless you with all the happiness and health have a great year... bday treats pending.” Take a look. Well, as we all know that there was a time when both Parth and Erica used to go on frequent trips to explore the world together and were spotted at various events/occasions with each other. Those pictures and videos of them had removed every iota of doubt that we had in our minds about them ‘not’ dating each other. However, just when we thought they’ll make it official pretty soon, the fans had started receiving reports of Parth and Erica’s breakup, which had made their fans disheartened. It was also reported that Parth and Erica were only maintaining a professional relationship with each other.
But it’s better to see them together in good space with each other even if they’re just friends too. In an interview with The Times of India, Parth had called the reports of his bitterness with Erica just ‘rumours’ and had mentioned that they are good friends. Parth had stated, “We are good friends and friendly even today. We are in a good space. We work together daily on our TV serial and things are smooth between us. At times, there are some arguments or differences of opinions at work, but this is normal. Recently, the cast came over to my new house and we all chilled together. I am not even aware of most of these so-called rumours, so we don’t need to deal with it.”
Erica Fernandes, who never gives in to rumours about her personal life had blurted out the truth about her and Parth Samthaan’s relationship with the Hindustan Times. She had shared, “It is news to me that such rumours are out there. But, I guess, rumours are a part and parcel of the entertainment industry. I have known Parth since we started working together on our TV show and we shoot every day. We are good friends and have a great working relationship. Whenever we chill together, we have a whole bunch of people with us. When we go for events, we are often leaving from our set, so yes, we do leave together. That doesn’t mean we go home together.
