Guess what? The Jonas family has arrived in Mumbai. Last night or rather this morning on August 18, Nick Jonas was clicked by the paparazzi along with his family outside the Mumbai airport. Take a look at the pictures of Nick Jonas and his family arriving in Mumbai:
As we all know that reportedly, Priyanka Chopra’s ring is a 5-carat $200,000 gift from Nick himself who had shut down an entire store to find the perfect ring for his lady-love. And now, the pics of Nick Jonas’ family suggest that they have a special gift for their would-be daughter-in-law. Nick’s father was clicked holding a special Tiffany & Co. bag. We are curious to know what the gift inside is.
A source had earlier told a media portal, “Nick Jonas and his immediate family are traveling to India this weekend to attend an engagement party hosted by Priyanka’s family. It’s going to be the first time that their families intermingle and get to know each other. It’s a tradition for them to meet before the wedding and Priyanka’s family insisted on hosting the Jonas family in their country”.
Prior to this, a report in the DNA had revealed, “Priyanka has sent out messages to close friends and family members to set aside time on August 18 for a party. It’s exactly a month after her birthday and those close to the Quantico actor feel that she may make an official announcement about her relationship status at the bash. The report further suggested, “Everything is very secretive but guests are expected to head there starting tomorrow. All of the plans are moving quickly and Priyanka and Nick do not want to have a long engagement”.
Also, reportedly, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ wedding will be a desi wedding. The reports can be quoted here, “Priyanka wants everything to be traditional to respect her family’s values, and definitely an Indian wedding. Priyanka and Nick are excited for everyone to meet and to celebrate”.
After returning to India from Singapore where Nick had his concert, Priyanka had earlier attended an event in Delhi where she was asked about her engagement with Nick. To this Priyanka had replied, “My personal life is not for public consumption. 90% of my life is for public consumption but 10% is for me. I am a girl and I have the right to keep that to myself. My family, friendship, my relationships are things I don't think I need to defend or explain it to anyone. I am not running for the Office, so I don't think I need to give explanations”.
