The ex-lovebirds, who used to love each other’s company, have ‘unfollowed’ each other from their Instagram accounts. More so, that Neha’s account which used to be filled with couple pictures of them have been deleted. Three months ago, Neha and Himansh sort-of admitted to their relationship on the sets of Indian Idol, when in a fun segment called ‘Neha’s Swayamvar’, referring to Himansh, Neha said, “In the future when I think of getting married, he is going to be there in my mind.” To which, Himansh responded, “I was waiting for you to say that.”
Sharing a promo video from the show on his Instagram handle, Himansh wrote, “Kuch feelings ko bataane ki zarurat nahi padti, woh bas aankhon mein dikh jaati hai.. What I said is nothing compared to what I feel! Thank you #IndianIdol for a chance to tell this to the world!! @nehakakkar.”
After Neha and Himansh unfollowed each other on social media and gave everyone a hint about the trouble in their love paradise, the Indian Idol judge broke down on the set of the show. As per DBPost report, a source revealed, "Currently, Neha is going through a rough phase in her personal life and yesterday while she was shooting for the show, she broke down when one of the contestants sang an emotional love song. She couldn't control her tears.”
The source further added, “In fact, since she arrived on the set; she wasn't feeling well. Usually, she is very chirpy and bubbly on the set; but things were not the same yesterday. The team had to take several re-takes to capture the perfect moment. Neha was a little confused about her emotions. On December 12, 2018, Neha Kakkar shared some Insta stories which might be a hint of the rough patch in her relationship with Himansh Kohli. Her cryptic Insta stories could be read as, “Mujhe Nahin Pata Tha Iss Duniya Mein Itne Bure Log Bhi Hain... Do you know who played the Cupid between Neha and Himansh? It is their Yaariyan director, Divya Khosla Kumar, who revealed her role in their love story with an Instagram post a few months back. Sharing the following collage from Ganpati celebrations, Divya wrote, “It’s meeee in between their love story the one who played Cupid The super cute @kohlihimansh @nehakakkar #yaariyan #panipani made dil #sunnysunny #divyakhoslakumar”.
For the uninitiated ones, Yaariyan was Himansh’s debut Bollywood film and Neha sang the song, Sunny Sunny in the same film. That’s when love blossomed between the two. And later, Neha and Himansh did a romantic video, Oh humsafar which reflected their ‘off-screen chemistry’ onto the screens. Every post about Nehansh (this is what their fans lovingly call them) would make their fans go all ‘awww’.
