Today (September 28, 2018) is the superstar, Ranbir Kapoor’s 36th birthday and girlfriend Alia Bhatt took to Instagram and posted a beautiful solo picture of Ranbir, where his eyes are all closed, while letting out a heartfelt laughter. What looks like a picture of a holiday, Alia posted three words which sufficed what he means to her. Sharing the picture, she captioned it as, “Happy Birthday Sunshine”. Here’s the picture:
Ranbir’s mommy, Neetu Kapoor took to Instagram to post heartfelt birthday wishes for son Ranbir Kapoor and nanad Rima Jain, whose birthdays clash with each other. What was notable was the picture has two lovebirds and two future-in-laws together in one frame. The picture is indeed note-worthy but we have another interesting update for you. An insider told online portal BollywoodLife that the mommies were discussing about Alia and Ranbir’s marriage over dinner! Yes, a source revealed to the same portal, “Alia is in a great phase of her life right now. She is in love and they both are sure of each other. Marriage is certainly on the cards but it won't happen before 2020." Isn’t that amazing?
Do you know what’s the best part about Alia and Ranbir’s relationship? Their parents love the couple and their families! In an interview with Hindustan Times, Alia’s mommy, Soni Razdan opened up about Ranbir Kapoor and his family. She shared, “Rishi ji is very outspoken, he never minces words. We all know each other, I have worked with him. I know Neetu and Ranbir. What’s the big thing? But Ranbir is a lovely, lovely boy.” And on account of her probable damaad’s birthday, Soni ji shared another picture from their get-together and captioned it as, “Happy Birthday Rockstar! In an interview with Mid-Day, Ranbir’s father, Rishi Kapoor indirectly dropped every possible confirmation on Alia and Ranbir’s budding relationship. He shared, “Jo hai woh hai, sabko pata hai. I don't need to say anything more.” In yet another interview with Mumbai Mirror, Rishi had stated, “Neetu likes her, I like her, Ranbir likes her. Get it? I can't be judgmental. After all, my uncles Shammiji and Shashiji and I chose our life partners. Ranbir is entitled to choose his."
A latest report by The Times of India also had it that the Bhatts and Kapoors are planning to meet over dinner and plan things for the couple. The report stated, “Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's family might meet over a dinner date to plan things further for the couple once both Ranbir and Alia completes their Brahmastra shoot.” Wow, this is happening for real guys!
Alia, from the very beginning has been extremely vocal about her liking towards Ranbir. In Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan, the Raazi star was quoted as saying, “Obviously, I have hung out with him after that, and I still think he is really adorable. And I still want to marry him." And had further added, “Everybody knows my plans. I have gone on record and I have said it. I'm very open about it except to Ranbir." (Checkout! Ranbir, on the other hand is in total awe of Alia and feels that his relationship is ‘sacred’. Speaking to Hindustan Times, he shared, “Honestly, I am not playing hide-and-seek. I am in a happy, positive and beautiful phase of my life. But you can talk about your personal life only to a degree. Otherwise, it becomes the forerunner of your life and your work takes a back seat. There is always excitement to know about someone’s personal life. But you want to give the relationship respect so that people don’t malign it in a gossipy way. It is something beautiful, sacred and really important to you, so you want to deal with it in a nice manner.”
Well, looks like both miyan-biwi (to-be) and their parents are totally raazi (*wink wink*)!
