Bollywood actor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is at the top of his filmy career. While he is enjoying all the perks of fame, name and money, his personal life is in chaos. Nawazuddin got married to Aaliya in 2009. After two years of marital bliss, the couple welcomed their daughter, Shora in 2011. The family of three got completed with the arrival of their son, whom they have named, Yaani. However, their relationship hit a rough patch in 2021, and Aaliya even sent a divorce notice to the actor on the grounds of domestic violence and torture. Now, Aaliya has filed a rape case against Nawazuddin, and she claims to have proof of the same.
Nawazuddin's wife, Aaliya took to her Instagram handle and posted a video. Breaking down in the video, Aaliya talked about the ordeal she has been going through. Aaliya revealed that her husband wants custody of their kids. She also revealed that he is not a good father and is using his power to steal her kids. Aaliya also added that she had given the best years of her life to him, and as she facing financial loss, her husband is trying to make her weak.

Aaliya also revealed that it is the fame that has gone to Nawazzudin's head. She further that her son doesn't even know the love of a father as he has never seen him around. Aaliya also stated that she has filed a rape case against him. Alongside the post, she penned a note and wrote:
"A great actor who tried to be a great human being. His heartless mother who calls my innocent child illegitimate and this bad man remains silent- A rape complaint (with proof) has been filed against him at Versova police station yesterday itself. Whatever happens, I will not let my innocent children go in these heartless hands."

For those who don't know, Nawazuddin and his mother have an ongoing property dispute with Aaliya. The actor and his mother have filed a complaint against her for trespassing. After which, Aaliya accused the actor and his mother of harassment. She shared a video on social media and revealed that she is only allowed to use the hall ever since they came from Dubai.
Aaliya also revealed that she and her kids are using the guest washroom. They are being deprived of food, and the cameras and security guards are also monitoring them.
Well, we hope Aaliya and Nawazuddin resolve their issues amicably.
