And MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings lifted the IPL trophy for the fifth time in 2023. However, during the IPL 2023, he was nursing a knee injury. Now, we stumbled upon some newer deets about the same.
As per a report in the News Nation, MS Dhoni was admitted at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital on May 31, 2023. Afterwards, on the morning of June 1, 2023, he underwent a knee operation by Dr Dinshaw Pardiwala. For the unversed, Dr Pardiwala is the head of the Center for Sports Medicine and Sports Orthopaedics. In addition, Dr Pardiwala also played a significant role during Rishabh Pant's surgery, when he had met a severe car accident. If reports are to be believed, it will take him a couple of months to completely recover from the surgery.

To support MS Dhoni and his team, Chennai Super Kings, at the final IPL match 2023 against Gujarat Titans, his loving wife, Sakshi Singh Dhoni and their daughter, Ziva Singh Dhoni were also present at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. On May 30, 2023, Sakshi had taken to her Instagram handle and dropped an adorable family picture clicked after the massive win of the Chennai Super Kings. The picture featured the family of three, wherein captain cool could be seen hugging his darling wife and their baby girl.
As soon as CSK made a grand win in IPL 2023, one of Ziva's cute pictures surfaced on the internet. In the picture, Ziva can be seen praying for her daddy's team with folded hands and closed eyes. She looked cute in a pink-hued off-shoulder dress paired with a braided hairdo. We could also spot Sakshi sitting beside Ziva while cheering for Dhoni and his teammates. Check out the picture:

On May 29, 2023, as MS Dhoni-led CSK won the IPL 2023 trophy, beating Gujarat Titans, the entire nation was overwhelmed by the victory. After the match, while the CSK team was seen lifting the trophy for the fifth time, MS Dhoni's doting daughter, Ziva, was also spotted along with them. She joined her father and his teammates to celebrate the grand win. Along with Ziva, Ravindra Jadeja's daughter, Nidhyana Jadeja was also spotted lifting the trophy.
