Monika Bhadoriya is leading all the headlines at the moment after her headline-breaking interview made its way to the internet. The immensely popular sitcom, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, holds a significant place as one of the most adored and widely-watched sitcoms in the history of Indian television. However, the show's producer, Asit Modi, along with the operations head, Sohail Ramani, and executive producer, Jatin Bajaj are currently receiving a lot of backlashes after Monika Bhadoriya accused them of mental torture and misbehaving.

Monika Bhadoriya reveals Disha Vakani doesn't want to return to Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah

The severe allegations made by Monika Bhadoriya in her recent interview with a leading news portal have not only damaged the reputation of the famous show, but it gave sound support to similar claims made by Jennifer Mistry Bansiwala a few weeks ago. However, once again, the show’s producer, Asit Kumarr Modi is at the centre of controversy as Monika Bhadoriya talked about Disha Vakani’s much-anticipated return on the show.

Coming back to Monika Bhadoriya’s latest interview with News 18, the actress shared her views on the show’s former lead, Disha Vakani’s return on the show as ‘Dayaben’. Sharing how the actress isn’t bothered to return to the show, Monika ended all the possibilities of Disha’s return by clearly stating that ‘nobody wants to come back to this show’. Elaborating on the same, she said:

"She does not want to come back. Nobody wants to comeback to this show. I don’t think so. She (Disha) is not coming back. She was the show’s lead. She has been missing for so long. Don’t you think they have tried very hard in getting her back? But she doesn’t want to come back."

Further, in the same interview, when Monika Bhadoriya was asked why she thinks Disha Vakani isn’t returning to the show, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. The actress once again named the show’s producer, Asit Kumarr Modi being the reason behind it, as she clearly stated that he behaves badly with almost everyone. Not only this, but Monika also added that Asit would have probably misbehaved with Disha too, which is why she is refusing to come back on the show, despite multiple requests and offers. She said:

"He (Asit Kumarr Modi) behaves the same way with everyone. He must have misbehaved with her (Disha) too. But she never used to take it seriously. She used to let go of things. ‘Chodo koi baat nahi’, ‘jaane do’ and all."

Monika Bhadoriya shared that her salary was just Rs. 30,000 per month when she was playing 'Bawri' on TMKOC

During a conversation with the Hindustan Times, Monika Bhadoriya discussed her remuneration while working on the popular show, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, in which she portrayed the character of 'Bawri'. The actress expressed her dissatisfaction, stating that she received an unfairly low salary of only Rs. 30,000. Not only this, Monika further disclosed that the show's producer, Asit Kumarr Modi, and others treated her like a dog when she was a part of the show. She said:

"They had promised me to hike my fee after six months, but they never did. Wo paise ki beimaani karti hai. Sach mein wo kutte ki jaisa treat karte hain."
