Mira's saasu maa, Neliima Azeem is celebrating her birthday today and her loving daughter-in-law penned the sweetest birthday wish for her, calling her the world's best dadi and her forever friend. A few moments ago, Mira posted two adorable pictures on her IG handle and penned a cute note for her mother-in-law, Nelimma Azeem on her birthday. She wrote, "Happy Birthday to the World’s Best Dadi. Pied piper to the kids, lioness mama to her cubs and my forever friend. We love you Mom. Stay happy, keep dancing through life and may your gift of storytelling never tire."
On December 1, 2020, Mira took to her IG handle and penned a long note on how juggling between online classes and playtime, she is taking the time out to teach her kids about nature and the significance of it. Mira's long note can be read as ""Books! 'tis a dull and endless strife: Come, hear the woodland linnet, How sweet his music! on my life, There's more of wisdom in it." This is what I love about winter. The tender warm sun, crisp air, wonderful produce and every excuse to be outdoors with the monsters in tow. They've learnt how to identify the various vegetables and flowers, different insects and are now watching the herbs they planted spring up between the hedges. Chiclets, fire in the mountain and Uma-Joshi. I never thought these games could survive the iPad invasion. Between online school, flashcards and math toys, nothing teaches the children as gently as nature. (I promise I am working hard on the ant-stamping!)." Shahid Kapoor's mom, Neliima Azeem had opened up about her first meeting with daughter-in-law, Mira Rajput Kapoor, in a conversation with Pinkvilla. She had said, "I got to know from everyone that she's the chosen one. Shahid was extremely shy in the beginning and he wanted to see how I react. So when I met her with her mother, I just felt she is so carefree, so sweet, young. Mujhe laga yeh toh ekdam bachchi hai, kitni pyaari si bholi si. But then, she took on the mantle to be the wife to a successful star and surprised all of us. The pubic persona that she has, the way she handles herself in front of everyone, she's done it so well."
Neliima ji had further added, "And most importantly, she has made Shahid so happy. And Ishaan and my family seems complete now." She had also explained how different Mira is from the rest as she is completely undramatic. In her words, "She's the most undramatic person I know. Since we are all actors, we are extremely dramatic. I have never had a daughter, so Mira is my daughter. She has got the entire family together. The amount of love, and happiness she's given to Shahid and all of us, is beautiful."
