Batti Gul Meter Chalu actor, Shahid Kapoor’s wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor is in her third trimester and is expecting her second child in October this year. Just like her husband, even she is a social media star and regularly updates her thought processes and feelings of her preggy phase. In her latest Instagram story, Mira Rajput has a funny take on her pregnancy with which every pregnant woman will relate to. During pregnancy, a woman’s body changes a lot; after all, there is a human baby inside her body. No wonder, her every habit changes, and especially her walk. Mira Rajput has shared how she walks during her pregnancy in which she has equated her walks to that of a duck.
This is not the first time Mira has shared something on her pregnancy. Earlier, she had shared that ‘weird phase’ when her jeans won’t fit her anymore. Sharing the following story, she had written, “That weird phase when your jeans don’t fit but your maternity jeans are too big”.
Then again, she had shared once about her feelings at 2 am and wrote, “You know when you feel like you have butterflies in your stomach... Now think of 2 hands and 2 feet in there. With hiccups... Well, it should not even be mentioned that pregnancy is a tough phase for every woman. Talking to a media portal, Mira shared earlier her pregnancy experience when she had delivered Misha, her first baby, and said “I had a tough pregnancy, I went to those 5 months of difficult times to bring my daughter in to this world, in fact both of us together (Shahid Kapoor and she). So now I want to spend every moment that I can with her and I think there is a set of responsibilities around my plate and I feel at my age I have a lot more energy, I have my future ahead of me, so I can finish all of my responsibility and I have nothing in my way. I can raise my daughter, I can be a good wife. Nothing will stop me after that. I love being at home, I love being a mother to my child, I wouldn’t want to spend one hour a day with my child and rush off to work, why did I have her? She is not a puppy; I want to be there for her as a mother”.
In another interview when she was asked that this would be her second child at the tender age of 23 only, so what about her career? To this, Mira was quoted as saying, “Yes, I would love to work, especially in a field that is creatively stimulating, but also allows me time with family. Perhaps something with food or lifestyle. I do not have a deadline as I am going to have another baby and then decide”.
Earlier, Mira and Shahid had announced of the pregnancy by sharing the following pic of their first child, Misha and chalking out the words, “Big sister” beside her.
A day later, Shahid had confirmed the news saying, “Yes, of course. I'm very happy. We just felt like sharing it with everybody. Mira said she wanted to put it out on Instagram and I thought the photograph was really cute. It was a spontaneous decision and it just happened”.
