Mahesh Babu had met Namrata Shirodkar in the summer of 2000, for the first time for a movie, and by the end of the film, Mahesh and Namrata had already fallen in love with each other. On February 10, 2005, the couple had taken the wedding vows and had welcomed their first kid, Gautam Krishna, in the year 2006. The couple was blessed with their second child, a daughter, named Sitara in 2012, making their family frame complete.
Mahesh Babu is loving the time he is getting to spend with his kids, which is quite evident from the pictures and videos shared by him and his wife, Namrata. On June 23, 2020, Mahesh Babu took to his Instagram handle to share a beautiful video of the father and daughter duo. In the video, we can see the fun banter between Mahesh Babu and his daughter, Sitara. Sitara can be seen sitting on her father’s lap as the two are busy playing tongue twister. While Mahesh Babu tries to rectify his daughter, Sitara is convinced that she is saying it perfectly. Sharing the video, Mahesh wrote, “Time for a tongue twister!! Sometime back, a video from October 2016, had made its comeback on social media because of the cuteness of Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar’s little daughter, Sitara. The video was initially shared by mother, Namrata on her Twitter handle, where Sitara could be seen cutely dubsmashing a dialogue of her father, Mahesh Babu’s co-star, Samantha Akkineni from the movie, Brahmotsavam. Namrata had posted the clip on her Twitter handle, tagging Samantha. Her tweet could be read as “This one is for u @Samanthaprabhu2 enjoy! – namrata shirodkar”. On May 31, 2020, Mahesh Babu had taken to his Instagram handle to do an ‘Ask me anything’ session with his fans. His fans bombarded him with a variety of questions. One of the fans had asked Mahesh to choose between his son, Gautam and daughter, Sitara. His question could be read as “Who do you like more Sitara or Gautam?” Mahesh had given an apt reply calling his kids to be a part of him. He had replied, “Both of them are a part of me!! On April 24, 2020, Namrata had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted two adorable pictures of her daughter, Sitara giving her daddy, Mahesh a head massage. The doting mother had captured the beautiful moment shared between the father-daughter duo from their time together in the lockdown. In the picture, we could see Mahesh Babu sitting on a sofa, while his daughter could be seen standing behind him and giving him a head massage. Along with the pictures, Namrata had written, “Watching GG play his game! MB had a head massage volunteer only to finish in 2 mins feedback says it was great while it lasted.” Take a look!
