Welcoming a baby in your life is a surreal feeling that takes days to register! The expecting parents desperately wait for this day in their lives, however, they still feel it to be a dream to hold their little one. It was after 5 days of their baby boy’s birth that Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma had welcomed their little wonder to their home. The couple had ensured that their baby gets the grand welcome as he stepped into his home for the first time. Taking to his IG stories, Kunal had shared a glimpse of the welcome they had planned for their little one. In the picture, Puja and Kunal’s car could be seen decorated with blue and white balloons, in which they had gotten their baby home. Kunal had written, “My baby” atop it with ‘welcome’ GIF. Puja had also reposted Kunal’s story on her IG handle.
Now, the first-time father, Kunal has shared a family picture from his newborn son’s grand welcome at his home on his IG handle. In the picture, we can Puja holding a blue coloured cake, which has a sculpture of a baby boy sleeping over it and written, ‘Congrats Puja and Kunal’ and ‘9.10.20’. Along with holding the cake, Puja can be seen kissing her baby’s forehead, who is in his father’s arms. Kunal can be seen lovingly holding him and resting his head over Puja’s shoulder. Sharing the picture, Kunal expressed his overwhelming feeling which is making him feel delusional and also the answer he got from his son. For the unversed, Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma were pronounced husband and wife after a registered court marriage in February 2020. It was four months after introducing each other as husband and wife and announcing their wedding, the couple had informed that they’re expecting their first child. On October 9, 2020, Puja and Kunal had hopped on the crazy journey of parenthood as they had welcomed a baby boy into their lives. The first-time father, Kunal had shared a video to announce the news of welcoming a baby boy into their lives. In the video, we could read, “9-10-2020 Mother Earth got it’s one more child. On October 15, 2020, Puja had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a lovely picture of the newbie daddy, Kunal. In the picture, we could see Kunal looking at their newborn baby with awww. Alongside the picture, Puja had written, "A dedicated husband and now a devoted father.. u mean the world to me and the way u took care of me I will never be able to do for you. Let us raise a wonderful human being together. Happy parenthood my love @kunalverma."
On October 14, 2020, Puja had shared the first-ever family picture with her newborn baby from her hospital room. In the picture, we could see Puja donning a pink dress and holding her little boy in her arms while Kunal was seen hugging his wife. However, she had not disclosed her baby's face in the picture. Alongside it, Puja had narrated her scary experience of staying away from her baby boy for three days after his birth. She had also narrated her experience of going inside the operation theatre without her hubby, Kunal, and getting operated, and her son being diagnosed with breathlessness and being taken to NICU right after his birth for three days.
