The couple had gotten married on February 15, 2019, at an elegant family wedding held in Lucknow. Sharing the first picture from their wedding as a couple, Neeti and Nihaar had written, “With the blessings of family, friends and well wishers, we are blissfully married. And now, Kriti posted an unseen picture from Neeti’s wedding, wherein she could be seen playing a dhol and turning dholwali for her sister’s big day! She captioned the picture in Hindi dialect with a traditional Punjabi wedding song, which can be read as, “Baari barsi khatan gaya si, khat ke leyandi jhol, bhangra ta sajda jab, #doukishadi mein bajaya dhol. What looks like Nihaar has now received a permanent entry into the life of Mohan sisters, the Manikarnika actor posted a beautiful picture from one of their pre-wedding festivities where you can spot all of the Mohan sisters along with the newbie jamaai. For the uninitiated, Neeti Mohan’s father, Brij Mohan, had started to feel uneasy a day before Neeti’s wedding, when hotel doctors had to be called in. They had suggested that he immediately should be taken to the hospital, where he was in the ICU and was kept under observation. And as a result, the Mohan and Pandya family made an important decision. A big wedding bash had been arranged by the newly-wedded couple at Four Seasons for important dignitaries and their Bollywood friends. Given the need of the hour, the families had postponed the wedding reception and all the invitees had been informed about the same through text messages and calls.
Coming back to Neeti and Nihaar’s relationship, in an interview with SpotboyE, the Nainowale Ne singer revealed how love happened between them. She had shared, “We both have strong values and quite similar ones. I think Jimmy knew that, and trust me, he was very sure that we would click. He introduced us at a wedding, where Nihaar was accompanied by his parents. They met me very warmly and there was an instant connect with not just Nihaar but also his family members.” She also added, “After that, Nihaar met my parents. My Dad loved him almost instantly. He used to keep saying, "I have four daughters. Why is none of them getting married?” She also told the quality that attracted her towards Nihaar, and said, “Well, I am beyond gauging a person based on his looks.
