From his broken marriage with Salman Khan’s rakhi sister, Shweta Rohira to his alleged relationship with Sanam Re co-star, Yami Gautam, Pulkit’s love life has always been in the spotlight and a matter of gossip for the public. And currently, if rumours are to be believed, Pulkit is dating his Veere Ki Wedding co-star, Kriti Kharbanda. The duo had met during the shooting of the film and became good friends. Soon after the shoot, they were spotted together on a casual outing at actor, Varun Sharma’s birthday bash, which started their linkup rumours.
Kriti Kharbanda and Pulkit Samrat will be again sharing screen space together in the movie, Pagalpanti. In an interview with the IANS, Kriti opened up about the dating rumours with Pulkit Samrat and said, “Can you blame them (for spreading the rumours)? We look so hot together. We have such great chemistry and look so cute together. Anybody would guess that we are in a relationship. Pulkit is very special to me and will always be so."
Kriti was all praises of her ‘special person’, Pulkit Samrat during the interview. Although she didn’t accept her relationship with him but said that Pulkit is here to stay. She further added, “We even complete each other's sentences while talking. I know what he is thinking. We have connected so much and had a lot of conversation. I think we have come to a point where we don't need to say anything to each other. We both know what the other one is thinking. He has changed drastically in the last one year and I am in awe. I am so impressed with the way he carries himself, the way he conducts himself and the respect he has for his co-actors and seniors. I know he is a good person and he is here to stay."
Pulkit Samrat and Kriti Kharbanda have featured together in the movie, Veere Ki Weeding and will next be seen as a pair in Anees Bazmee’s movie, Pagalpanti. And the duo will also feature in Bejoy Nambiar's upcoming movie, Taish. During the interview, Kriti gushed about rumoured beau, Pulkit, when asked about her working experience with him and revealed that she is fond of him. A gushing Kriti further added, “Working with Pulkit has been one of my most comfortable experiences. He is easy and doesn't have airs. He is spontaneous and I am like that, too. When you have a co-actor, who thinks exactly like you, it is fun to work with that person because then you improvise. As a person, I have always been fond of him. On October 29, 2019, Kriti Kharbanda had celebrated her 31st birthday and to make it extra special, her rumoured beau, Pulkit Samrat had taken to his Instagram handle and posted a heartfelt birthday wish for her. He had shared a picture with Kriti and had written, “Happy Birthday Pretty Kharbanda!! @kriti.kharbanda. Here’s to many more crazy days, rickshaw rides, bowling face-offs, football matches and shooting stars!!” To this, Kriti had posted two sets of replies, “Hahahaha! There’s a reason I say you’re the best! Thank u so much! Time to do the happy dance dressed as minions! Only you’ll get that! U forgot mono deal contests and crazy #shallowgoals!! To make his ladylove, Kriti’s birthday special and memorable for her, Pulkit had planned a surprise for her. As reported by the Mumbai Mirror, Pulkit had taken Kriti to a newly opened plush seafood eatery as the actress loves it. A source had shared with the daily, “It was only when her friends and cousins turned up that Kriti realised that Pulkit had planned the dinner as a surprise for her.” The report had further stated that Kriti’s cousins had flown in from Bangalore for her birthday and to celebrate Bhai Dooj.
