Television actress, Krishna Mukherjee is known for stunning roles in popular TV serials, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Kuch Toh Hai: Naagin Ek Naye Rang Mein and Shubh Shagun. In addition, she is loved for her straightforward nature. Recently, the actress, who is soon going to get married to her fiance, Chirag Batliwalla, went to Phuket to celebrate her bachelorhood with her girl gang. Now, as she shared a series of pictures with her sister, Saru Mukherjee, Krishna also revealed how the two sisters had to face brutal comparisons in their childhood.
Taking to her IG stories on February 27, 2023, Krishna Mukherjee shared a series of stunning pictures with her sister, Saru Mukherjee. In the picture, the gorgeous ladies were seen twinning in orange bikinis as they posed amidst the nature. While Krishna donned an orange bikini paired with pearl earrings and white-framed sunnies. Alongside the stunning pictures, Krishna also penned an emotional note on how the duo was compared in their childhood. Elaborating on it, Krishna mentioned that the sisters were always subjected to comparisons regarding their body shape and size. However, she mentioned that even though social media has given everyone freedom of speech, these unkind actions projected their insecurities and low self-esteem. She penned:
"Short or Tall, Fat or Thin.. Dark or Fair, Skin Show or Covered.. Society has always dictated the traits, features of women & objectified their bodies as they pleased, constantly Judge ! It’s time we learn Women bodies are not sexual objects & respect personal choices. We both sisters were constantly compared with each other when we were just kids, how I’m so fair & she’s not and how she’s so tall & I’m not. As little girls, instead of channeling our energies towards playing & growing, we were forced to compare & compete. I understand, social media is open for all to have a freedom of speech but please choose kindness before uttering something. It’s time we stop projecting our own insecurities & low self esteem on others. We wish you well, hope we maintain dignity & grace here."
On February 23, 2023, Krishna had taken to her IG handle and posted a video from her bachelorette bash with her girl gang in Phuket. In the video, Krishna looked stunning in a white bikini and was seen wearing a 'bride-to-be' sash and a tiara. On the other hand, her bride tribe posed with her in black bikinis, and altogether, they looked simply stunning. In one picture, Krishna was also seen decking one of her girlies with a sash that read 'bride tribe'.

Krishna Mukherjee got engaged with the man of her dreams, Chirag Batliwalla, who hails from a Merchant Navy background, on September 8, 2022. For the engagement, Krishna opted for a stunning off-shoulder white gown. She completed her look with subtle makeup, a dainty necklace, matching earrings and half-tied hair. On the other hand, her boyfriend, Chirag looked dapper, donning his Navy uniform for the engagement ceremony.
