The first lady of Ambanis, Kokilaben Ambani, gave a heart-melting speech for her youngest grandson, Anant Ambani and his wife-to-be, Radhika Merchant's Ganesh Puja. The doting grandmom was left emotional as she bared her heart out and expressed her happiness. She also remembered her late husband, Dhirubhai Ambani, whom everyone in the family knows as 'mota papa'.
On January 19, 2023, the Ambani family hosted Ganesh Puja for Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani. The couple got a lot of love, especially from their grandmother, Kokilaben Ambani. After the Ganesh puja, the family hosted an engagement ceremony. To begin the festivities, Kokilaben Ambani gave a heart-melting speech.

In a video, Isha Ambani called her 'Kuku mama' a.k.a. Kokilaben Ambani on stage. Kokilaben Ambani got emotional as she remembered Dhirubhai Ambani. In Gujarati, she shared that he would be the happiest to see his youngest grandson, Anant's wedding. She added that he would be giving him blessings from above.
Kokilaben Ambani concluded her speech by praising her granddaughter, Isha Ambani, and granddaughters-in-law, Shloka Mehta and Radhika Merchant. She said:
"I am so lucky, I have Shloka, I have Radhika, I have Isha with me. I am very very lucky. All the best and God bless you.
Radhika Merchant looked gorgeous as ever in a beautiful golden lehenga from the designer duo, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. She opted for a classic drape by Dolly Jain, which gave proper limelight to her lehenga skirt, choli and dupatta. Her look was accentuated with a diamond neckpiece, matching earrings and a maang teeka.
