Rumours about Kishwer Merchantt and Suyyash Rai’s pregnancy were doing the rounds since the time the two had tied the knot. After refuting the rumours for four years, the couple had finally announced the news of their first pregnancy on March 2, 2021. Since then, Kishwer and Suyyash are enjoying their pregnancy and have been sharing glimpses of the same on their respective IG handles. Kishwer is 40 and for her, her first pregnancy has come as a miracle and she is enjoying it to the fullest. Kishwer is five months pregnant now and the actress has narrated her pregnancy experience so far!

A day after announcing her pregnancy, Kishwer Merchantt had taken to her IG handle and had shared a throwback video of the time when she had gotten to know about her pregnancy. In the video, which was taken in the Maldives in January 2021, Kishwer was seen caressing her baby bump and the happiness on her face was unmissable. Along with the video, Kishwer had written, “Kahan hai tu, Mere pethu mien hai na #sukishkababy @suyyashrai. Throwback to Maldives in January 2021.”
Taking to her IG handle on April 2, 2021, Kishwer shared a video, narrating her pregnancy experience so far. The actress is five months pregnant now and has a lot to share about how her first trimester treated her. She talked about everything she has faced or is facing during her pregnancy and every expecting mother can relate to it. From talking about developing thyroid to haemorrhoids, mood swings to itchy and painful breasts, people telling her what to eat to people asking her not to workout or dance, Kishwer bared her heart out. While she shared her first pregnancy experience and the problems that accompanied it, she also shared that once you are in this phase, you are ready to embrace it no matter what. Sharing the video, Kishwer wrote, “It's not all "Hunky Dory"!! In the video, Kishwer also talked about how people asked her not to dance in her pregnancy on the video she had shared on her IG handle. The video, Kishwer was talking about was the ‘Do It Like Pro’ challenge that she had done with her husband, Suyyash Rai. Taking to her IG handle, Kishwer had shared a Reel, where the couple can be seen doing the ‘Do It Like Pro’ challenge. In the video, Kishwer had opted for a two coloured denim shirt with denim shorts, whereas, Suyyash had worn distressed jeans with a white Adidas T-shirt. While Kishwer had started it first, giving the cue to Suyyash, the singer had nailed the challenge perfectly! It was Kishwer’s baby bump peeping through her shirt that had looked the most adorable to us. Sharing the video, Kishwer had written, “Made him DO IT.. like a PrO @suyyashrai.”

Kishwer also talked about the mood swings in the video and proof of the same was shared by her husband, Suyyash on March 9, 2021. Suyyash had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared a hilarious video of his pregnant wifey, Kishwer and her mood swings. The super cute video had started with mommy-to-be, Kishwer crying in her bed and trying to hide her face from the camera. We could hear Suyyash laughing in the background. Few seconds into the video, Kishwer had started laughing. And when Suyyash had asked her why she was crying, the actress had replied, "Darr lag raha hai mujhe." The video had ended with their furbaby, Batuk's cute expression. Suyyash had captioned the video as "Her mood swings. I love u so much."
