Post Kareena Kapoor Khan got back to work, she has been juggling between shoots, vacation and family life. Her star hubby, Saif Ali Khan is currently shooting for his soon-to-release film, Jawaani Jaaneman with Alaia (Pooja Bedi’s daughter) and Taimur Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan had also joined him in London. As per a Bollywoodlife report, Kareena was not just holidaying with Saif, but was in fact, shooting for the film’s cameo in London! A source had shared with the portal, “Kareena has a prominent cameo in the narrative. She will most likely play Saif's ex-girlfriend/ex-wife.”
And post all engagements and hectic shoot schedules, Kareena Kapoor Khan is striving hard to keep pace with her shoots as well as son, Taimur Ali Khan. About the same, a source close to Bebo has shared with the DNA, “Kareena has always balanced her professional and personal life well. She has a choc-a-block schedule ahead with four big movies coming up. She is likely to shoot for Angrezi Medium either in July-end or August, then there’s Takht and Lal Singh Chaddha with Aamir Khan. Her film, Good News, with Akshay Kumar will release at the end of this year for which the promotions will begin a month before." The source has further added, "She is flying down from London only for a day so that she can spend more time with Taimur. Besides, she endorses 17 brands, so there will be quite a few campaigns that she will be shooting for." Such a doting mommy, isn’t she?
Kareena Kapoor Khan will soon be seen judging Dance India Dance: Battle of the Champions. This being her first-ever television debut, the superstar was confident that her fans will love her as a judge! She had shared, “Fans have accepted me in whatever I have done, and they know who Kareena is, so I am not worried about their reaction. I have always believed in taking decisions more from my heart than mind. And this show is all about emotions. People come from various backgrounds and they just need a little push to do wonders in life. I will be a friend to them. Bosco can keep a check on the technical part, and be the strict judge (laughs).”
Kareena Kapoor Khan had also talked about her parents’ and hubby, Saif Ali Khan’s view on her judging stint. She had stated, “Well my parents have always been so supportive of me doing anything. Saif (Ali Khan) was a little nervous about how will I manage the hectic timings. Kareena Kapoor Khan had once shared the secret ingredient behind striking a perfect balance between her personal and professional lives. I’m an actor but through all the ups & downs I’ve been a sister, a wife, a mom & none of these roles have deterred me. In fact, it’s put me on the right path. How doting a mommy Kareena Kapoor Khan is, needs no further introduction! During an interaction with Kareena, she had mentioned that her two-and-half-year-old son, Taimur Ali Khan is not allowed to have food at birthday parties! Revealing the main reason behind it, Bebo had shared, “Only (home-cooked food). I am hyper paranoid. He goes to birthday parties and he is not allowed to eat outside. But that’s also wrong but ya...” To which Tim’s abba, Saif Ali Khan had added, “He eats chips though.” Kareena had further continued what she serves Taimur, “Khichdi, idli dosa... healthy kind of home-cooked food.” She had continued, “So I sit on a plan also. Every month I alternate it accordingly. Whatever fruits and vegetables he should be eating in the month... he quite enjoys it. Today, he actually had saag (spinach) for lunch and he normally didn’t like it but I have been shoving it down his throat. So now he’s got used to it.
