For Kareena and Saif, the year 2021 is the start of a new beginning as they are all set to welcome their second baby and shift into their new home. A couple of days ago, Kareena Kapoor Khan's father and veteran actor, Randhir Kapoor had confirmed that his daughter is ready to shift out of her 11-years-old home, Fortune Heights to a larger home.
On January 16, 2021, Kareena took to her Instagram handle and shared a beautiful glimpse of her new home. In the picture, we can see a beautiful door with Kareena's cute family pictures that were hanging on the wall adjacent to it. Alongside it, the actress wrote, "Door to new beginnings." Kareena's sister-in-law, Soha also commented on her bhabhi's post and wrote, "Congratulations. Time to make new memories." Check it out below:
Kareena's favourite interior designer, Darshini Shah, who had styled her new home, had shared the details of the actress' dream abode. The designer had revealed that their new place has a beautiful nursery for their second baby and an exclusive space for Taimur as he is growing up. Darshini had said, "Saif and Kareena's new house is an extension of sorts of the old one. They had become extremely comfortable with their house in Fortune Heights; they just didn't want to move out. So, the new house, which they should be moving into shortly, has a feel of the old pad but it also meets their new set of requirements with their second baby on the way. Darshini had also shared that Saif and Kareena love understated luxury and comfort. They like their spaces to feel like their travel diaries and everything they have at their home is something they have collected over time, and it has a memory or a story attached to it. Darshini had also shared that Kareena has been involved in the whole decor of their new home. She had revealed that Kareena had actively participated in the designing of her home, even with the progressing pregnancy, she had continued to step out, check out the stuff, pick up things that she likes for the place.
