Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan are one of the most beautiful couples in Bollywood. The lovebirds never leave a chance to mesmerise everyone with their mushy romance and cutesy PDA moment. For the unversed, the duo got married on October 16, 2012. And they welcomed their first child, Taimur Ali Khan on December 20, 2016. However, their family got completed after the birth of their second child, Jehangir Ali Khan on February 21, 2021. Talking about Saif and Kareena's love story, many believe that their relationship started on the sets of their film, Tashan. However, celebrity photographer, Dabboo Ratnani has something else to say about this.
Recently, the ace fashion photographer, Dabboo Ratnani hosted an 'Ask Me Anything' session on Reddit, where he answered several questions related to Bollywood celebrities. During the session, one of the users dropped a throwback picture of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan from Dabboo's photoshoot and asked him about what happened behind the camera. However, it was Dabboo's reaction that caught our attention. Answering to the question, Dabboo revealed that Saif and Kareena met for the first time at his studio and from there only, their love story started. In his words:
"This is where it all started. The 1st time they ever met was at my studio."

Kareena has always been open about her relationships. Earlier, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, the actress had shared that she and Saif were in Greece when he proposed to her for marriage. Talking about the same, she revealed that she had rejected his proposal then and there. Mentioning her reason for rejecting his proposal, Kareena said:
"He did tell me that ‘I think we should get married. He told me that in Greece and he told me that in Ladakh as well. And at that time I was like ‘I don’t know because I don’t know you. So it was not really a ‘no’ but it was more like an ‘I want to know you better."
Kareena and Saif first had a registered marriage in 2012. Later on, the couple happily performed all the wedding rituals with their families. For her nikaah, Kareena donned her mother-in-law, Sharmila Tagore’s bridal sharara which she had worn on her wedding with Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi in 1962. Her outfit included a tissue rust-orange kurta, a matching dupatta embroidered heavily in gold, and a sharara with a contrasting, mint-green border. On the other hand, Saif looked dapper in a golden-hued bandhgala.

Before marrying Saif, Kareena was head over heels in love with Bollywood actor, Shahid Kapoor. Moreover, the diva herself had admitted that she made the first move in their relationship. However, their relationship didn't stay for long as the duo parted ways for reasons best known to them. On the other hand, before dating Kareena, Saif was married to Amrita Singh with whom, he had two kids, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. However, it was in 2004, when Saif and Amrita got divorced after 13 years of their marriage.
