It was in 2000, when Randhir Kapoor and Babita’s younger daughter, Kareena Kapoor followed the footsteps of her star family and made her Bollywood debut in J.P. Dutta’s film, Refugee. However, it was her portrayal of ‘Poo’ in Karan Johar’s film, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham that made her an overnight sensation. It’s been more than two decades since the film and Kareena is still raging. With films like Omkara, Chameli, Jab We Met, Yuva, 3 Idiots, Udta Punjab and many more, Kareena proved that she is the ultimate queen of Bollywood.
Talking about her personal life, Kareena Kapoor added Khan to her surname after her nikaah with the Nawab of Pataudi, Saif Ali Khan. The duo fell in love while shooting for their film, Tashan and dated for a few years, before beginning their forever journey. In 2016, Kareen and Saif welcomed their first child, Taimur Ali Khan, and in 2021, they welcomed their second boy, Jehangir Ali Khan.

September 21, 2022, marked Kareena Kapoor Khan’s 42nd birthday and on the special occasion, her family is showering her with heartfelt wishes. To wish her bhabhi, Soha Ali Khan posted a picture of Kareena on her IG stories and wrote, “Happy birthday.” Not just Soha, but Saba Ali Khan too shared a photo collage with her bhabhi on her IG stories and penned, “Wishing you the best of everything! Shine on always. Love you” atop it along with a 'Happy Birthday' sticker.
On the other hand, Kunal Kemmu took to his IG story and shared a collage with his superstar sister-in-law and the pictures in it spoke volumes about the love and bond they share with each other. Kunal also penned a heartfelt wish for Bebo and wrote:
“Wishing the happiest birthday to the coolest most fun superstar sister-in-law @kareenakapoorkhan. We love you Bebo.”

Kareena Kapoor's elder sister, Karisma Kapoor too wished her in the most adorable manner. Taking to her IG handle, Karisma posted two childhood pictures with Kareena, where the sister duo can be seen twinning with each other. Along with the pictures, Karisma wrote:
"To the bestest sister and my best friend. Happiest birthday. Always twinning and winning."
In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Kunal Kemmu had opened up about his bhabhi, Kareena Kapoor Khan's hilarious nature. He revealed that they find it difficult to eat when she starts cracking jokes at the dinner table. In his words:
"Kareena Kapoor Khan is such a fun person. I got to know this firsthand only because I'm now a part of that family, I think she is also actually a shy person and you get to know that later. She is genuinely very very funny. We've had meals where I have not been able to eat, because when she gets into that zone, oh my god she is hilarious. She is so much fun actually to be with."
