The much-in-love couple had embraced parenthood with their first child, Taimur Ali Khan on December 20, 2016, and later they had welcomed their second son, Jehangir Ali Khan, on February 21, 2021.

On December 30, 2021, Kareena had taken to her IG handle and had shared a glimpse of her morning view with her fans. She had shared a picture of her boys, Saif and Taimur chilling on the bed. Saif was dressed in a blue T-shirt and pyjama in the picture, enjoying his breakfast while checking his phone. On the other hand, Taimur was busy drawing on his notebook in a blue nightsuit. Along with it, Kareena had penned a cute caption that could be read as:

On January 28, 2022, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan hosted a party with their friends and family at their residence's rooftop. Some of the attendees present at the party were Karisma Kapoor, Sajjid Mitha, Laveena Mitha and many more. For the party, Kareena Kapoor donned a black one-piece dress and completed her look with stud earrings, a ring and a watch. On the other hand, Saif wore a black T-shirt paired with a white lower. Kareena's sister, Karisma, opted for an oversized white shirt, paired with a black sweater, red pants and shimmery golden ornaments.
On October 16, 2021, to celebrate her ninth wedding anniversary with her husband, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan had shared a throwback picture from the time when their love story had begun. On her IG handle, she had posted a picture from the shooting days of Tashan in Greece. Sharing the cosy, cuddled picture, Kareena had written:
"Once upon a time in Greece... there was a bowl of soup and US and it changed my life... Happy anniversary to the most handsome man in the world."

On January 21, 2022, the begum of Pataudi, Kareena Kapoor Khan, had taken to her IG stories and had shared an adorable picture of Saif Ali Khan spending time with their little son, Taimur Ali Khan. The father-son duo had looked charming in their casual attires in the picture. Saif had donned a grey T-shirt paired with black jeans, and Taimur had opted for a black T-shirt with black jeans. Along with that, the father-son duo had twinned in red-coloured bandanas and had looked super adorable. Kareena had captioned the picture as:
"Twinning = Winning."
Kareena Kapoor Khan's two gorgeous kids, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan demand equal time from their mother. In an episode of the Raising Parents with Mansi Zaveri podcast, Kareena had talked about balancing her time between her two kids, Taimur and Jehangir. She had said:
"I think that the fact is that I am a very calm person, I am very composed. I divide my time well. Like I know Taimur needs me at this point in time. You know I am lucky that he now wakes up later than Jeh's so I know I have to be with Jeh for that hour while he has his breakfast and then once Jeh's breakfast is done I know Taimur's time is you know coming in. So I just balance it out. The idea is to not have too much pressure on like doing things. The idea is to involve children to take part in your daily life. It's not like we have to do this and we have to do that. We are not those kind of parents."
On the work front, Saif Ali Khan will next be seen in the film, Aadipurush, co-starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon.
