It was love at first sight for television hunk Karanvir Bohra when he had met model and actress, Teejay Sidhu. Karanvir, who had met Teejay in Mount Mary Church at Bandra through their common friend, Anupama Chopra had fallen in love with her instantly. After dating for a while, the couple had gotten married in less than six months of their engagement. After ten years of marital bliss, the couple had gotten blessed with beautiful twin daughters, Bella and Vienna.
From receiving a parlour treatment from kids, Bell and Vienna to making a ‘halwa cake’ for wifey, Teejay on their 13th anniversary, Karanvir Bohra has been giving glimpses of his quarantine life with his family. With the onset of the holy month of Ramadan, the Bohra family has yet again inspired us. On April 26, 2020, Teejay took to her Instagram handle and shared pictures of herself with Karanvir and their twins, Bella and Vienna engrossed in their prayers. The family was seen praying to the almighty to heal the world. Wishing everyone a happy Ramadan, Teejay wrote, “Love is our religion. #RamadanMubarak everyone.”
On April 21, 2020, Karanvir Bohra and Teejay Sindhu had celebrated their 13th anniversary. Karanvir had taken to his Instagram handle to give us a glimpse of his handmade halwa, which he had moulded in the shape of a cake, for his darling wifey. In the picture, Karanvir and Teejay had posed in comfy outfits with the ‘halwa cake’ in Teejay’s hand. Along with the picture, Karanvir had penned an adorable note which could be read as "#happyanniversary my love...13 years of marriage, 16 years of knowing you @bombaysunshine. Karanvir and his doting wife, Teejay had embraced parenthood after 10 years of their married life, and in an interview with The Times of India, Karanvir had shared the reason behind it and had said, “Having babies late was not because I didn't want to bear the burden of responsibilities. But once we were married, we wanted to spend time with each other and explore the world. As a couple, we wanted to understand each other. I know it is important to have children, and couples in India plan to have kids soon after they are married. But in the process, the focus is on the children and not on the husband-wife relationship, which is the pillar that lays the foundation of a great marriage."
On February 18, 2020, Teejay had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a lovely picture with her twins, Bella and Vienna. Along with the picture, she had penned a heart-melting note on how her life had changed after the birth of her daughters. Her note could be read as “So there are these #two #sweet little #girls... They call me #Mom. Sometimes I can't get my head around it - I am their #MOTHER. And I love it - more than I ever thought I would! They have changed my life in the most beautiful way. I look forward to waking up every day because I know they're here. (Sometimes I wake up to them sleeping beside me, sometime I wake up to them jumping on me!) I have lots to be thankful for, but these two top the list. They are without a doubt, the best part of my every day.” On her note, her husband, Karanvir had commented, “Love” followed by a heart emoticon.
