Every occasion has become extra special for Kapil and his wife, Ginni Chatrath since the arrival of their daughter, Anayra and the comedian-actor makes sure to treat his fans with adorable glimpses of his baby girl every now and then. Since it was Anayra’s first Durga Ashtami in April 2020, Kapil had posted adorable pictures of the little girl, who was all smiles for the camera in a pretty pink and yellow lehenga. It was on December 10, 2019, when Kapil Sharma had announced the good news of his baby girl’s arrival and had tweeted, “Blessed to have a baby girl need ur blessings love u all jai mata di.” A few days back, one of the fan pages of Anayra Sharma had posted a picture of hers with an all-smiling daddy, Kapil. Baby Anayra looked like a doll in a checkered pink-coloured frock and a matching hairband as she had frowned in the picture. Since Kapil Sharma had resumed the shoot for The Kapil Sharma Show, his baby girl, Anayra Sharma wonders why her dad doesn’t pick her up when he reaches home after work. Elaborating on the same, Kapil had said in an interview with Pinkvilla, “Ginni was the one to push me to resume the shoot. Usi ne toh bheja ki kaam dhandha karo sar kha gaye mera 4 mahine se. Honestly, I was confused if I should resume work, but she is the one who pushed me towards it. I agreed reluctantly knowing she is trusting me. Aur aaj nahi toh kal karna hi hai... aur agar kal bhi aise hi karna hai toh aaj kyun nahi? Everyone is fine. Anayra was looking at me when I reached home wondering why am I not picking her up. But I avoided it for some time as a safety precaution. Anayra looked at me and wondered why was I not holding her immediately after I returned from the shoot."
When Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath had welcomed their daughter, Anayra Sharma, fans had eagerly looked forward to seeing a glimpse of their little angel. And finally, their prayers were answered on January 15, 2020, as the proud daddy had posted the first-ever picture of his baby girl and had announced her name. Sharing a close-up picture of his baby girl and a family photograph with Ginni holding their little bundle of joy, Kapil had written, “Meet our piece of heart “Anayra Sharma” #gratitude.” In an interview with The Indian Express, Kapil had expressed his gratitude on becoming a father and had stated, “I feel blessed and happy to have a little princess in my life. Both Ginni and the baby are doing well.
