When a child enters a couple’s life, everything changes for the best. From dada-dadi to nana-nani, the little munchkin becomes everyone’s aankhon ka taara. Giving a lifetime of memories to cherish forever, the little wonders fill in the house with their loud laughter and naughtiness. It was in December 2019, when a stork had visited the house of the stand-up comedian, Kapil Sharma and his beautiful wife, Ginni Chatrath. And since then, we have been witnessing adorable pictures and videos of the little munchkin through Kapil’s social media handles. It was on December 10, 2019, when Kapil Sharma had taken to his official Twitter handle and had shared the happy news with his fans and followers, announcing that he and Ginni were blessed with a baby girl. And on January 15, 2020, Kapil had taken to his Instagram handle and had revealed the name of his little doll by sharing her first pictures. Sharing one solo picture of her and one with her parents, Kapil had captioned it as “Meet our piece of heart “Anayra Sharma” #Gratitude.”
On January 13, 2021, Kapil took to his IG handle and shared lovely pictures of his mother to wish her on her birthday. The first one was a solo picture and in the second picture, Kapil was seen giving a peck on his mother’s cheek, whereas his little daughter, Anayra looked adorable sitting on her dadi’s lap. Dressed in a sky-blue coloured night suit with pictures of Santa Claus on it, little Anayra stole our heart as she helped her dadi cut the birthday cake. Along with the picture, Kapil wrote, “Happy bday maa” followed by a heart emoticon.
On December 10, 2020, Anayra had turned one and her doting parents, Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath were on cloud nine. And it was evident in the birthday wish post on Kapil’s IG handle. Sharing pictures from Anayra's first birthday bash, Kapil had written, “Thank you so much for sending ur love n blessings to our laado on her first bday. Ginni n Kapil #gratitude #blessings #anayra #happybirthdayanayra.” Anayra had looked like a doll in a frilled frock as she had posed with her Baby Shark themed birthday cake. In an interview with the Gulf News tabloid, Kapil Sharma had spoken about how he is enjoying the ‘incredible phase’ of his life with his baby in the house. Kapil had remarked, “She’s such a sweet darling. I am enjoying this incredible phase in my life so much. It’s just brilliant. I meet my baby mostly at nights now. When I return home, she’s up, wide awake, alert and not sleeping. She’s a lot like me, I think. She’s wide awake at night… But she’s no trouble at all… My mother, my wife and all of us at home are so excited about her.”
On Anayra Sharma’s first Diwali, Kapil Sharma had posted two lovely family pictures from the celebrations. For Diwali, Kapil had twinned with his mother in blue and Ginni had twinned with her baby girl in black. One of the pictures had Kapil, Ginni and Anayra posing with his mother and the other one was a smiling picture of the grandmother-granddaughter duo. Sharing the pictures, Kapil had written, "A very Happy Diwali from me and my family to you and yours. #diwali #celebrations #family #smile #happiness #blessings #gratitude."
To mark Anayra’s first Daughter’s Day, Kapil had delighted his fans with adorable pictures of his baby girl.
