Her life thereafter, took a completely beautiful turn post her marriage to long-time beau and businessman, Gautam Hathiramani. While this was a second beginning for Kanika, who had been previously married to an NRI businessman, Raj Chandok back in 1998, and was later divorced in the year, 2012, Kanika has enjoyed each moment of her second chance at love to the fullest.
Being an active social media user, Kanika loves to share glimpses of her life on it. Taking to her IG handle, Kanika shared an unseen photograph from her wedding with hubby, Gautam. While the duo looked breathtakingly beautiful in their ethnic attires, Kanika addressed the photo to all her crew members, who had helped her to create this stunning look on the most special day of her life. She wrote:

Coming from the shelves of the designer, Faraz Manan, the outfit was highly embellished and had minute embroidery work all over it. Kanika kept her makeup simple and light toned, to complement well with her gorgeous outfit. She accessorised the look with statement diamond jewellery, and kept her tresses open. She also flaunted her arms and toes full of intricate mehendi design. On the other hand, her hubby, Gautam looked dapper in a crisp white kurta-pyjama, on top of which he wore a navy-blue coat. A stunning diamond brooch accessorised the dashing look of the groom.

Well, Kanika has her sleeves full of unique sartorial choices, and the same was visible in her wedding outfit as well. For her wedding, Kanika and Gautam had twinned in shades of pastel pink and white, and the couple looked straight out of a fairy tale. For the grand day, Kanika wore a heavily embellished, pastel pink lehenga with a matching choli and dupatta. Her outfit had featured some stunning zardozi work on the borders. She had accessorised her look with a handsome neckpiece and a choker in red stone, matching earrings, bangles and had opted for golden kaleera. On the other hand, Gautam donned a white bandhgala suit and a turban.
