Since this is the season of weddings in India, we've been witnessing a lot of celebrity weddings. Be it Neha Kakkar-Rohanpreet Singh or Kajal-Aggarwal-Gautam Kitchlu, a lot of celebrity weddings have already happened, and others are lined up. Bollywood actress, Kangana Ranaut is also gearing up for the wedding season. No, don't be surprised, it's not she who is getting married. It's her brother, Aksht, who is all set to tie the knot. We all agree to the fact that Kangana's sartorial choices are absolutely drool-worthy, and when it comes to ethnic fashion, she totally aces it, as and when needed. Some days ago, Kangana and family had visited the Honourable Chief Minister of Himachal to invite him for her brother, Aksht's wedding. For the formal meeting, Kangana had donned a purple coloured silk suit with palazzo and paired it with net dupatta having heavy embroidery.
The festivities and pre-wedding functions have begun in the Ranaut house for Kangana's brother, Aksht's wedding. For her brother's pre-wedding functions, Kangana donned a simple, deep-neck brown cotton suit embellished with embroidery. She paired it with a brown dupatta, kept her beautiful curls open and opted for minimal makeup with nude shade lipstick, perfectly complementing the colour of her attire. Her sister, Rangoli also took to her IG handle to give a sneak-peek into the pre-wedding puja in the Ranaut house. Atop it, she wrote, "And it begins." Check out the pictures below:
There have been a lot of wedding functions in the Ranaut house and Kangana's sartorial picks for every function just won our hearts. On October 21, 2020, Kangana's cousin brother, Karan had tied the knot, and a lot of traditional rituals had preceded the wedding. For Karan's Badhai ritual (a pahadi tradition), Kangana had donned a green-coloured silk saree, and had paired it up with a sleeveless blouse and a choker neckpiece. Her look was completed with natural makeup, nude lips and hair tied in a bun.
Kangana had brought back the vintage fashion for her cousin brother's wedding in an ivory coloured silk kurti-sharara with golden border. She had paired it with a cut-work net dupatta. An emerald choker added a statement to her look, and she had looked like a royal princess. On the other hand, her little nephew, Prithvi was dressed in a bright pink kurta pyjama. The caption alongside the pictures could be read as "Kangana exuding vintage charm as she's all set to attend her cousin brother Vishu's wedding. Styled by @stylebyami." For her cousin brother, Karan's wedding, Kangana had donned a pastel lehenga, adorned with pearls. She had looked ethereal in a mint-blue lehenga, which she had paired with a pearl necklace and a pair of earrings. Her look was completed with subtle makeup and hair styled in beach curls.
On October 22, 2020, Kangana's family had hosted a Pahadi Dham, which is a traditional lunch that is hosted once the bride comes to her sasural. We had found glimpses from the feast on Kangana's IG handle. For the ceremony, the actress had donned a red lehenga from designer, Ritu Kumar's collection. Her look was completed with a golden neckpiece, golden maang teeka and hair tied in a neat bun.
