And looks like television actress, Kamya Panjabi is all set to celebrate 'the day of love' with her darling hubby, Shalabh Dang. Before, we take you further into the story, let us remind you that February 2020, markes the beginning of a new phase in Kamya and her husband, Shalabh's life. On February 10, 2020, Kamya and Shalabh had united as a couple as they had taken the seven vows in front of the holy fire. On February 13, 2020, Kamya had shared a liplock picture with hubby, Shalabh from their wedding reception bash. Along with it, she had captioned the picture as "So here is my fav one from the party. @shalabhdang", followed by a heart emoji. In the picture, we could see her sharing a beautiful kiss with her husband, Shalabh. It was a perfect way to describe her love for her 'Mister Right'. The actress' husband, Shalabh had also reposted the picture and had written, "Biwi ho to Aisi."
On February 14, 2020, Kamya took to her Instagram handle and shared a happy picture from her wedding day. Along with it, she wrote a beautiful Valentine's day wish for her husband that can be read as "Happy Valentines Day Husband @shalabhdang Pic credit: @theglamweddingofficial." On this, Shalabh instantly commented, "Thank you so much my dear lovely wifey 1st Valentine together after being renamed as Mrs and Mr Dang", followed by a heart emoji. Take a look at it below:
In a post-marriage interview with the Bombay Times, Kamya had talked about her wedding and how she danced her heart out at her own wedding reception. She had shared, "I wanted my marriage to be an intimate affair with only our families and close friends in attendance, besides it was held in a gurdwara. However, I also wanted to celebrate the new beginnings of my life with all those who matter to me and so, I hosted a reception (which took place last night). I didn’t want it to be a typical affair where the newly-weds stand on stage and meet and greet the guests. I wanted to be as involved as possible and dance to my heart’s content." Kamya had further talked about her honeymoon plans and had said that they haven't decided on any destination as they are still caught up with post-wedding rituals. She was quoted as saying, "We haven’t zeroed in on a destination, as we are still caught up with the wedding and post-wedding rituals. It will happen in March."
In an interview with SpotboyE, Kamya had opened up on her love story and had shared that she had first spoken to Shalabh over a phone call. The actress needed some medical advice and one of her friends had given her Shalabh's reference. Then, on February 1, 2019, he came to Bombay for some work and Kamaya had met him. It was not a personal meeting but rather a work-related. Soon, they had started talking and had developed a bond. Kamya had also shared that Shalabh was the first, who took the initiative and it just happened gradually as they started talking. Rest as we say, is all history!
