A baby is a blessing, celebrated by the entire family and friends. It is the start of a new dawn and something extra sweet. And everyone wants to shower their love on the little ball of cuteness, sent by the Almighty above. And television couple, Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij are on top of the world as they welcomed their little princess in their abode. Jay Bhanushali and his wife, Mahhi Vij's wishes were answered when they got blessed with a baby girl on August 21, 2019. The two haven't yet decided their daughter's name but the first letter has been decided and they have requested their fans to send in some lovely name suggestions.
And while we are anxiously waiting for the little angel's name, Mahhi and Jay's close friends are showering them with gifts to celebrate the arrival of the princess. Recently, Jay shared a picture on his Instagram handle of a lovely gift sent by one of his close friend, Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa. Take a look at it below:
It has not even been a month and Jay has taken on his daddy duties with perfection. A couple of weeks ago, the actor had shared an incident from the hospital, where, Mahhi had delivered his baby girl. He had shared on Instagram in a long post that how people still don't celebrate the birth of a baby girl. He had written, "It's very strange that today in 2019 where everything in India is modernizing either in the field of technology or industrial sectors but we still live in a society where the birth of a boy is celebrated then of a girl." He had further narrated the scene in his post, "I met a family at a waiting area, I went ahead and congratulated them and then he asked me aapko kya hua and I happily, said Girl, he had a disappointing face and he left without congratulating me. I feel jinko ladkiyan hoti hai woh Kismat wale hote hai. I always wanted a girl. ladke generation nahi badate ladkiyan badhati hai they are the strongest. When I hold my little girl I feel content complete. So this video is to all the people who have such low thinking in life."
Talking about fatherhood, in an interview with the Bombay Times, Jay had shared, "I can’t describe the feeling. I have just become the father of a very beautiful child and I thank God for being kind to us. She is a little angel and I can’t wait to bring her home. I wish to give her all the happiness in life, and that will be my aim now. My other two children will also be delighted to have a new member at home."
In an interview with the IANS, Jay had shared how he is honing his lullaby skills for his baby. He had said, "I want to help Mahhi in whatever ways possible. I would want Mahhi to take complete care of herself and our baby, so to help her not missing out on her sleep later in the months, I am learning lullabies and practicing it daily."
