Bollywood actress, Janhvi Kapoor has come a long way. From being a shy girl, afraid to speak her mind during the press conferences for her debut film, Dhadak to flaunting her bebak looks, Janhvi is winning hearts. Recently, a glimpse of Janhvi's confidence was seen when she stopped her daddy, Boney Kapoor midway as he was heaping praises for her.
For those who don't know, Janhvi Kapoor is the daughter of the late legendary actress, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor. After being in a hush-hush relationship, the couple tied the knot in the year 1996. And on March 6, 1997, Sridevi and Boney were blessed with their first child, Janhvi. After the sudden demise of Sridevi, Boney Kapoor makes sure to shower double love on his kids.

Recently, during the trailer launch of Janhvi's upcoming film, Mili, Boney Kapoor heaped praises on his daughter. He shared that he is super proud of her and her hard work. He also added that she has grown from film to film. Boney also revealed that his daughter will soon outgrow the burden being the superstar, Sridevi's daughter. He said:
"She's done phenomenally well in this film and not only this film but she's grown from film to film. I think this film has brought her closer to peak. Not that this would be the end, I'm sure she will outgrow the kind of burden that she carries being Sri's (Sridevi) daughter."
However, Janhvi felt awakard and she stopped him midway. The actress said, "Papa tareef bas karo. Odd lagta hai, jab father bolte hai toh." To this, Boney scolded her and stated:
"But jo fact hai woh bolne mein kya hai."
This isn't the first time when Boney Kapoor was seen showering love on his kids. Earlier, when Khushi Kapoor had posted a cutesy picture in salwar-kameez, it was Boney's reaction that proved all fathers are the same. The doting daddy penned a cutesy comments, heaping praises for his little princess and favourite child. He had written:
"My trillion $ baby, my pretty baby you look very elegant in this salwar kameez & the Posture is very very good."
