Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter’s Dhadak showed promising results at the box office. It was Janhvi’s first film and both the stars made sure that they give in their 110% to the film and its promotions. In an interview, the beautiful newbie actress shared about her love for acting, “I want to make my parents proud and I am also absolutely in love with what I am doing. Acting is not a selfish profession, you can love it as much as you want, but eventually, other people need to love your acting. I just hope that they do. The only thing that I can promise to do is, work honestly and give it all that I have.”

The actress is allegedly in a relationship with the son of business giant, Abhijit Rajan (Chairman and Managing Director of Gammon India Limited), Akshat Rajan. Rumours of their relationship further added spark, when on Janhvi’s birthday on March 6, 2018, Akshat posted a beautiful picture of himself and Janhvi where they were all decked up with skyscrapers in the background. He captioned the picture as, “happy birthday” with a heart emoji. To which the Dhadak actress replied with an “ily” comment which is an abbreviation of ‘I Love You’. Here, take a look:
Yes, coming back to Akshat’s bonding with the late Sridevi, the business-tycoon in the making had a close bond. Akshat would attend most of the Kapoor parties and vice-versa. On March 3, 2018, a few days after Sridevi’s death, Akshat posted a fun-filled picture with Sridevi were both of them seemed to be totally engrossed in dancing with each other. Latest reports also have it that Akshat is not very fond of Janhvi’s growing closeness with her co-star Ishaan. The actress has been spending a lot of time with her co-star, which allegedly, did not go down well with Akshat. Janhvi also thanks her film Dhadak, which has helped her in innumerous way to cope up with the loss of her mother. In an interview, she had shared, “It hasn’t been an easy experience. My work and my family have given me the strength to go on. If it wasn’t for coming back to the sets of Dhadak or being able to act, I think it would have been much tougher than what it is now. I am very thankful that I had the opportunity to work in the film and act. It saved me in many ways.”
