Though the two had jetted off for a vacation separately, they were spotted returning together at the airport. After rumours of Ishaan Khatter and his alleged former flame, Janhvi Kapoor's alleged breakup, faint speculations of Ishaan's fondness for Ananya Panday had started rising heads. According to the sources, Ishaan had been in a turmoil state after his alleged breakup with Janhvi, when he had found solace in Ananya. The two had hit it off nicely while shooting for Khali Peeli, and the rumours of them seeing each other had started as they were spotted together frequently. According to the sources, Ishaan is a chivalrous gentleman and is extremely caring and protective of Ananya, and they get along really well.

On January 2, 2022, Ananya Panday and Ishaan Khatter were spotted at the airport by the paps as they returned from their romantic getaway together. Ananya was dressed in an off-white sweatshirt which she paired with ripped blue jeans. She completed her look with open tresses, a pair of ankle boots, and a yellow shoulder bag. The actress also carried a jacket in her hands. On the other hand, Ishaan looked dapper in a brown t-shirt, white trousers, and a black jacket. He accessorised his look with a beanie, a pair of sunglasses, and black shoes.

In one of them, the Student Of The Year 2 actress, Ananya Panday, was seen sitting in the front seat, while Shahid Kapoor, with his brother, Ishaan Khatter, were seen sitting in the back seat. In another photo, Ishaan was seen helping his rumoured girlfriend, Ananya, by holding the car’s door for her while she was seen getting out of it.

In a fun chat with Bollywood Bubble, Ananya was questioned about the one thing that she wouldn’t mind changing about Ishaan Khatter’s Instagram account. While responding to this query, she had opened up about her devious love for her rumoured beau, Ishaan. She had said:
“I am constantly trying to change his Instagram so I think he can give you this answer. As I am always like to post this, post that. I think he should continue posting his shirtless pictures on his Instagram.”
On the work front, Ananya Panday will be next seen in the film, Liger, and Ishaan Khatter has Phone Bhoot in the pipeline.
