The month of September couldn’t have ended better, after all, it was Neha Dhupia’s baby shower yesterday (September 30, 2018). The entire Bollywood fraternity graced the occasion. From Karan Johar to Janhvi Kapoor, biggies to newbies, all attended Neha’s baby shower last evening. In one of the inside pictures from Neha Dhupia’s baby shower, we can see the preggy actress enjoying company with her besties- Soha Ali Khan and Konkana Sen Sharma. A couple of days ago, a report in the media portal Pinkvilla had suggested that Angad would be organising a baby shower party for Neha. A source revealed then, “Angad Bedi will be throwing a grand baby shower for his wife Neha Dhupia this weekend in Mumbai. In order to make the occasion special, he has flown down her parents and has also invited all her friends from the Fashion and Film industry. Not only this Angad, to make it even more remarkable, but he has also handpicked menu of everything she likes”.
It had come as a surprise to everyone, when on May 10, 2018, the two announced their secret matrimony. In a Gurudwara wedding following the Anand Karaj ritual, Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi tied the nuptial knot and the world stood sweetly shocked. Neha’s best friend and Bollywood celebrity, Karan Johar revealed to the world of their marriage and wrote on social media, “The look of love!!! The marriage of eternal happiness!!!! #nehaangad CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! @nehadhupia @angadbedi”. Two days later, Neha and Angad themselves released a joint statement which could be read as, “Marrying your best friend is one of the greatest feelings in the world, and we are extremely fortunate to have found love in each other. It has been a beautiful journey knowing each other and after formalizing the wedding earlier this year, today, we exchanged our vows in a beautifully simple, private and intimate Anand Karaj ceremony in Delhi. We look forward to celebrating and sharing this special moment with our friends and colleagues in Mumbai in the next couple of weeks. Thank you for showering us with so much love. Your blessings have truly made this day so much more special”.
And then, on August 24, 2018, the two gave us another surprise when fans learnt of Neha’s pregnancy. They shared the following pics and captioned these as, “Here’s to new beginnings #3ofUs #satnamwaheguru" and “Ha! Turns out this rumor is true. #3ofus #satnamwaheguru”.
Recently, opening up about her pregnancy and work commitments, Neha revealed in a media interaction, “A lot of people think that when you are in a situation, especially the one I’m in, there are lots of people who work and caution around you and it is wonderful to see that love and care.
