Veteran actress, Neetu Kapoor recently hit the headlines as she reportedly invested in a new apartment in Mumbai. The actress is rejoicing in happiness after becoming the owner of a lavish property. For the unversed, Neetu currently lives in her flat in Wilson Apartments in Bandra, while her son, Ranbir Kapoor owns a residence in Pali Hill. The Kapoor family has also been waiting for their dream abode, Krishna Raj bungalow to get completed so that they can move in.
According to the latest reports, Neetu Kapoor bought an apartment on the seventh floor of the 19-storeyed ultra-luxury project, Signia Isle, in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC). The real-estate company, Sunteck Realty has been working on this project for some time now, and the apartment is located opposite the Sofitel Hotel. Neetu shelled an amount of Rs. 17.40 crores to get her hands on the 3,387 square feet apartment that comes with several amenities. She paid a stamp duty of Rs. 1.04 crore, and the registration documents were handed over to her on May 10, 2023.

Recently, we stumbled upon a few glimpses of Neetu Kapoor's new apartment, which prove the actress' love for luxurious possessions. Her apartment comes with five bedrooms, which are well-furnished and spacious. The large glass windows offer a clear view of the skyline, while the balconies attached to the rooms provide a soothing place to relax. Moreover, Neetu's apartment also has a modular kitchen, equipped with all the electronic gadgets that she would require.
As per the official website, the apartment also has a spacious deck that can be the perfect relaxing spot for the actress. The flat has a separate corner to relax, meditate, and practice yoga. Apart from that, the TV room features a massive cupboard with shelves and drawers along with a huge TV cabinet. The area also has comfy cushions to sit back and binge-watch movies.

Neetu Kapoor's apartment also has a spacious living room with an extended area that connects to the dining room. The minimal living area provides ample space for a family gathering, and it features ceiling-to-floor glass windows. With its neutral theme and subtle textures, the dining area exudes royalty. According to reports, Neetu also has access to three slots in the car parking areas.
It is also reported that Neetu will get free access to a gigantic indoor pool with temperature control options. Moreover, the apartment has a well-equipped gym, a squash court and virtual golf as well. The actress will also have a home theatre among many other amenities.
