After ending her 19-year long married life with actor, Arbaaz Khan, Malaika Arora is currently dating actor, Arjun Kapoor. In May 2021, it was reported that Arjun had bought a luxurious sky-villa in Bandra, Mumbai, becoming Malaika’s neighbour. According to The Times Of India report, Arjun became a proud owner of a 4BHK sea-facing property, which costs around Rs 20 to 23 crores. His new villa is at the 26-floor tall, 81 Aureate in the Bandra West. The love birds were reported to have parted ways, but Arjun had quashed all the reports.

On her IG handle, Malaika Arora shared a video, where she was seen dressed in her striped pyjama with her hair tied into a ponytail as she sipped and enjoyed her juice. Along with her cute gimmicks, she gave her fans an inside tour into her living room. Malaika was sitting next to a white couch which has matching cushions of several sizes. The ceiling behind her was decorated with an antique geometric-patterned chandelier. The French window panel on her right was enough to add the right amount of sunlight to her room. On July 8, 2021, taking to her IG stories, Malaika Arora had shared a picture of her living room and had written, “Magic hour light” atop it. The photo had allowed a view of the other side of her living area and we must say, the room speaks of her classy persona. Her living room comprises of two couches of contrasting colours placed opposite to each other and a white marble coffee table placed between them. The coffee table is adorned with flower vases and by the side of the couch, one can spot a set of side tables, a lamp post and flower pots. The French window panel gives a glimpse of the view outside.

In August 2021, a media portal had published a story comparing Arjun Kapoor’s wealth with Malaika Arora’s net worth. From talking about Malaika’s dance numbers in films to mentioning her earnings from the reality shows, the news portal had claimed that the actress’ net worth is around Rs. 100 crores. The report had further stated that she dominates her boyfriend, Arjun as his net worth is around Rs. 88 crores.
Arjun Kapoor had lashed out at the media portal and had called it ‘sad and shameful’. While Arjun had, later, deleted his angry post, blasting the news portal, a screenshot of the same had gone viral over the internet. Blasting the news report, Arjun had written:
“It's sad & shameful to read a daft headline like this is 2021. Of course, she earns well & has worked for so many years to be in a place not be compared to anyone let alone me.”
