Talking about the same Hiten had once said, “We first met each other, not exactly met but saw each other at the Mumbai airport. We were on our way to shoot for an advertisement and we didn’t even know that we were paired with each other. Hiten Tejwani and Gauri Pradhan love to share moments of their personal life on their social media handles. On September 16, 2019, Gauri turned 42 and to celebrate her birthday, her lovely husband, Hiten wished his ladylove with a heartfelt post and a lovely kiss. He took to his Instagram handle and shared an adorable picture of the couple kissing each other with cake in Gauri’s hand. Hiten captioned the post as “This amazing woman is our lifeline. thank you so much for being there ..May you have the best of everything and I’ll try to keep my cupboard clean from now on. Happy Happy Birthday Jaanu ..Love you ..God bless you ..Muaaah.Thank you " Gauri had replied to the post with utmost love and wrote, " Awww. Thank you Jaanu!! Thank you for everything! Coming back to Hiten Tejwani and Gauri Pradhan’s love story, the two had again met on the sets of the show, Kutumb and had fallen in love while working together. The actor had once revealed that he was earlier married to someone before Gauri entered his life. However, Hiten’s first marriage had lasted for only 11 months and he got divorced in 2001. Hiten and Gauri had tied the knot on April 29, 2004, in Pune. The wedding was a private ceremony and was attended by only close friends and family members. But, before tying the knot in 2004, the couple first had a registered court marriage in 2002.
Hiten Tejwani and Gauri Pradhan has the steadiest marriage of all the couples and are considered to be an ideal match for each other. The couple was blessed with their twins, Naveen and Katya on November 11, 2009. The two had also worked together in the show, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and had also participated in the dance reality show, Nach Baliye. In a throwback interview with Pinkvilla, Gauri Pradhan had talked about her marriage and her husband, Hiten. She had said, “It doesn't feel like 13 years and the journey has been amazing. He is a great guy. I think everyone should have a husband like that so that life becomes easy for you and him both. He is very down to earth and extremely caring. He is very entertaining, which is very important otherwise it gets really boring. I tell people that we don't put the television on in our house because we don't need any other medium of entertainment when Hiten is around. He is like a child, an overgrown child. Whenever I am angry I can show my eyes at least to the kids but with this guy nothing works."
Further talking about the changes which Hiten and Gauri had adapted after marriage, the latter had stated, “NOTHING. Nothing. He is the same. I have changed in many ways. I have become a lot calmer. I used to be very quiet and reserved but now I am much better than before. He doesn't give you a choice to be quiet." She had further added, "His sense of humour is what keeps the spark alive. No matter what situations he has faced, you will always see him smiling. I think that is great quality and I learnt a lot from that. His honesty and genuineness are what continues to attract me even today."
In an interview, Hiten had praised his lovely wife, Gauri and had said, “She's very caring and not just for me or the kids. If she knows you, she will go out of her way to help you. I love her the way she is. I don't want to change anything. We have accepted each other the way we are." Talking about his marriage with wife, Gauri, Hiten had once stated, " After a bitter experience, I've realised that it's better to get married to a person you love. My marriage with Gauri (Pradhan) is the best thing that could ever happen to me. We know each other inside out. Also, since we're in the same profession, it helps us understand each other better."
