It is almost one month to Hina Khan’s father’s death and the actress has been missing him dearly. She had lost her father on April 20, 2021, to cardiac arrest and a week later, she had tested positive for COVID-19. The time was tough for Hina as she could not even grieve or take care of her family after her father’s sudden death. Now, Hina Khan has recovered from COVID-19, but her journey towards recovery from her father’s loss is long. The actress shared how she meets her late father every day on her IG handle.

On May 13, 2021, Hina had taken to her IG handle and had shared two stories. In the first one, the actress could be seen recording herself, wearing her late father’s t-shirt and had written, “#BabaKiRaniHoon” and “#DaddysStrongGirl” atop it. In the other story, Hina had shared a picture with her late father, where he could be seen wearing the same t-shirt, posing with his daughter for the camera. Sharing the picture, she had written, “Forever your strong girl” atop it.
Hina has been keeping her late father alive in her life in every manner. Now, the actress has taken to her IG handle and has shared how she meets her late father every day. Hina shared an emotional video, where she can be seen standing at her balcony and pointing towards an area at distance. It looked like the place, Hina pointed towards is the burial ground, where her father was laid to rest and it can be seen from her house. Sharing the video, Hina wrote, “Mai Tere Bina taan yaara aaj te patthar wargi aan.. My version of #PattharWargi I am just unable to think of anything else Miss you Dad This is how he chose to be close to us.. Did not leave his family alone.. Can see him everyday from our Balcony.. I know you are watching our back Dad.. Your Family loves you.. #HisFamilyForever #DaddysStrongGirl.”
On May 13, 2021, Hina had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared an IG story, remembering her father as she had done her first shoot after her father’s death. In her post, she had poured her heart out and had remembered the little things her father used to do for her. Hina's note could be read as "How you used to set my makeup chair at home, turn on the air conditioner, come in between to check on met, watch me get ready. Those proud eyes, missed everything today. I love you daddy. Your strong girl is missing you."

On May 6, 2021, Hina Khan had taken to her IG stories and had shared an array of unseen pictures with her late father. Her posts had featured throwback pictures of her father from different occasions and vacations. Hina had also posted some beautiful candid moments with her father, laughing and hugging him. Atop each picture, the doting daughter had penned short and sweet messages.
To express her love and give tribute to her late father, Hina Khan had changed her IG bio to, "Daddy's strong girl." Her heartwarming gesture had won everyone's hearts. On May 1, 2021, Hina had penned an emotional note on her IG handle. She had posted two masked pictures and had written, "A Helpless Daughter. Who can’t even be with her mother to comfort her, when she needs her the most. Dear people, times are tough very tough for not just us, but everyone around. But there's a saying, tough times don’t last, tough people, do. And I am, was and will always be my daddy’s strong girl. Send in your prayers please. Let there be light. Dua."
