On November 14, 2018, Ranveer Singh, after dating for a while, had tied the knot with the love of his life, Bollywood's diva, Deepika Padukone. And since then, they have been living the best time of their lives as husband and wife. Recently, on Ranveer Singh's show, The Big Picture, Govinda and his wife, Sunita, appeared as a guest. Ranveer Singh has always lauded Govinda with praises, but Govinda's wife asked the million-dollar question this time, leaving the actor blushing. In one of the segments of the show, she asked about Ranveer and Deepika's baby plans. Talking about the same, she said:
“Ranveer aapki shadi ho gaye 3 saal, nanha sa Ranveer kab dekhne milega mere laal.”
To this, Ranveer blushed and said, "Main aapko bataunga baad mein." Sunita then wondered if the 'good news' would come in 2022. She even wished Ranveer the best and said that they should welcome a baby this year.
Further going into the conversation, Ranveer revealed that he is in full preparation. He responded:
"Main toh full prep mode mein hoon. Jisse bhi main advice aur tips le sakoon, le raha hoon. Baby names shortlist kar raha hoon. Main full taiyaari mode mein hoon. Main toh wait hi kar raha hoon yaar."

Sunita later wished Ranveer well and said he should continue hustling. She said:
“Ho jayega, koshish jaari rakho."
Not just this, later Govinda too joined the bandwagon and said Ranveer and Deepika look too good together. He mentioned:
“Woh jo Sunita keh rahi thi ki ek achcha sa bachcha hum Ranveer ki godi mein (dekhna chahte hain) 2022 mein. Aur kitne sundar lagte hain aap log saath mein."
Recently, on January 5, 2022, Deepika Padukone had turned 36. And, her hubby, Ranveer, had taken to his IG handle to share a picture of his wife and had wished her goofily. He had written in the caption:
"My baby promoting #gehraiyaan on her birthday!"
On the professional front, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were last seen together in the film, '83.
