Famous YouTubers, also known as 'Flying Beast', Gaurav Taneja and his wife, Ritu Rathee are the most loved content creators of the digital platform. Gaurav and Ritu, who are professional pilots run three different YouTube channels. And 'Flying Beast' is one of the most popular amongst them. The couple loves documenting every detail of their lives and has inspired many by sharing the highs and lows of their lives.
For the unversed, Gaurav Taneja and Ritu Rathee had tied the knot in 2015 and the duo had embraced parenthood for the first time with the arrival of their daughter, Kiara Taneja, who also has a unique nickname, Rasbhari. Gaurav also has a YouTube channel named after his daughter, 'Rasbhari Ke Papa'. On October 22, 2021, Gaurav and Ritu had welcomed their second daughter, Chaitravi Taneja, lovingly called Pihu.

On May 3, 2022, Gaurav Taneja took to his YouTube and shared a Vlog, where the YouTuber gave glimpses of attending the special screening of the film, Heropanti 2. In one of the segments of the video, Gaurav talked about the initial struggles of his life and how his wife, Ritu always stood like a pillar of strength for him. Recalling the time in AirAsia, when he had lost his job and one of his properties, Gaurav revealed the most emotional moment of his life about losing a baby after his first child, Rasbhari. Sharing the same, Gaurav stated that when he and Ritu were going through financial crises and other problems, Ritu was expecting their second child and due to stress, she had a miscarriage.
Gaurav and Ritu had participated in the Star Plus' reality show, Smart Jodi, where the couple had shared a lot of details about their personal life. The duo was qualified for the semi-finals round. However, they had backed out at the last moment. A report by Zoom Entertainment had stated that it was due to the ill-treatment they had received on the show because of which the two had decided to quit.

The report had further revealed that Gaurav and Ritu were treated as outsiders as they didn't hail from a showbiz background. As per the source:
"They have very gracefully backed out from the show due to this critical and harsh behaviour without creating much of a hue and cry. More importantly during the family episode round their aged parents were shown disrespect which was completely unacceptable to them."
For the unversed, Gaurav Taneja was suspended by AirAsia for standing up for the safety of the aircraft and its passengers!
