Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar had tied the knot on December 25, 2020, in a nikaah ceremony and the couple had looked heavenly. After all the wedding celebrations and receptions, Gauahar had straight out headed to Lucknow for the shoot of her upcoming movie. On December 27, 2020, Gauahar had shared an IG story, wherein we could see Gauahar looking gorgeous in an ethnic pink floral suit and a matching mask with her initial 'G' embroidered over it. She had captioned her story as "Bride in a shoot mode." Now the new bride is finally home after her shoot and receives a grand welcome from her sasural.
Not everyone is blessed with a sasural, which treats you like their own daughter and celebrates every occasion of her life. Gauahar’s in-laws are always a step ahead to make her feel special in any manner possible. As Gauahar returned home after her first post-wedding shoot, she was bestowed with an angelic treatment. Taking to her IG stories, Gauahar shared a Boomerang, where she can be seen dressed in blue joggers and white top and her in-laws turned her into a fairy by adding shimmery fairy wings to her. She can also be seen flaunting her magic wand and tiara. Sharing the Boomerang, Gauahar wrote, “The best welcome to a dulhan. Thank you sooooo much my sasural. It was Gauahar’s husband, Zaid, who had visited the airport to pick up his darling wife. On January 4, 2020, Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar were spotted at the airport twinning in blue and white, holding each other's hands as they had posed for the cameras. The couple had looked dapper in black shades as they had headed off to their home.
Well, this is not the first time that Gauahar has been surprised by her sasural. On December 24, 2020, taking to her IG stories, Gauahar Khan had shared the thoughtful gift, she had received from her sasural a day before of her wedding. On her IG stories, Gauahar had shared a picture wearing a bathrobe gifted to her by her sasural wale. Sharing the picture, she had written, “Thank u my sasural for this thoughtful gift” atop it. In the other story, Gauahar had shared a glimpse of the foil balloon bouquet she had received from her hubby-to-be, Zaid Darbar, which had ‘I love you’ written over it. Sharing the picture, Gauahar had written, “@Zaid_Darbar thank you for making me the happiest bride ever! #Alhamdulillah” atop it. When Gauahar and Zaid had announced their engagement, their family had left no stone unturned to make them feel special and welcomed. Zaid’s brother, Awez Darbar and their siblings had welcomed their hone wali bhabhi in the family. Congratulating the couple and welcoming Gauahar in the family, the Darbar siblings had performed on the song, Wah Wah Ramji from the film, Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!
