Youtuber, Gaurav Taneja AKA 'Flying Beast' is a popular name among Gen-Z, and he enjoys a massive fanbase. As the youtuber had turned a year older on July 9, 2022, his loving wife, Ritu Rathee had tried her best to make his day super special for him. She had booked an entire metro coach in Noida’s Sec-51 for her hubby's surprise birthday bash and had informed their fans about the same on social media. However, her plan was ruined as thousands of fans had gathered at the venue and had created chaos.
Reportedly, after his party had gone wrong, Gaurav Taneja was arrested for the violation of Section 144 and 188 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. However, he was granted bail hours after his arrest by the Noida Police. The massive news took the internet by storm and the netizens started trolling the couple for their act. Moreover, social media is filled with memes and photographs from the same.

On July 12, 2022, the food delivery company, Zomato took a dig at Gaurav Taneja's arrest and made a hilarious tweet. On the official handle of Zomato, the company tweeted, "Wondering why is nobody ordering cakes at metro station since yesterday." The tweet instantly went viral on the internet, and people started trolling Gaurav for his birthday party gone wrong. However, the Youtuber kept his calm and responding to Zomato's cheeky tweet, he wrote on Twitter:
"Hi @zomato, want to plan a surprise for my wife's birthday."
Gaurav Taneja's sense of humour and his witty reply left the internet in awe of him. Later, Zomato's Customer Care replied to Gaurav's wish to plan a surprise birthday party for his wife, Ritu Rathee. The food delivery firm hilariously mentioned that they wish his wife doesn't follow him on Twitter. Their tweet can be read as:
"A very happy birthday to your wife. Hope she doesn't follow you on Twitter!"

Earlier, Gaurav Taneja and his wife, Ritu Rathee had issued a statement clearing their stance on the former's arrest. The couple had mentioned that Ritu wanted to give her husband, Gaurav, a surprise birthday party, which was to be hosted in four coaches of Noida Metro from Sector 51 Metro Station. The couple had also said that the Noida Metro Rail Corporation Ltd had broadcasted their scheme to book metro coaches for celebrations, and revealed that he had all the permissions. They had added:
"Nonetheless, the Noida Police proceeded to register a case under Sections 188 and 341 of IPC. As a result of the same, he was briefly detained and then released within a couple of hours. Needless to say, we would be pursuing an appropriate legal remedy."
