For the ones who have been living under the rocks all this while, we have earlier informed you in July 2019, that Rahul and Disha have found solace in each other's arms and are seeing one another. In fact, the 'IT' couple in the making themselves had confirmed the news in an interaction with The Times of India. Destiny played Cupid between the two as they met each other at a common friend's party and instantly hit off. Yesterday (September 23, 2019) was Rahul Vaidya's birthday and his ladylove wished him on social media. Making her boyfriend's special day even more special, Disha took to her official Instagram handle and shared a lovely birthday message for him. Sharing two of their couple pictures, which seems from their vacation, Disha wrote, "Wishing this absolutely crazy and wonderful soul the happiest birthday ever. Confirming their relationship and ‘more than friends’ stance, Rahul had informed The Times of India, “I met Disha through common friends two years ago. We hit it off instantly, and often hang out together. It would be premature to say that we are in love, but yes, we are trying to get to know each other well. Disha is a simple girl. She is also very kind and I like those qualities about her. A few days ago, I had a music concert in Pune, so I invited her to fly with me. Since we are best friends, we just thought of spending some quality time together. On the other hand, Disha was quoted as saying, “As of now, we are just happy spending time with each other. Rahul is a great friend and for now, I can’t say more than that.” It is also to be noted here that Rahul was once rumoured to be dating singer, Alka Yagnik’s daughter, Syesha Kapoor (who is now married to her longtime beau, Amit Desai). But those only turned out to be rumours and there was nothing authentic in them. In fact, Rahul himself had come out and denied them on record. He had remarked, "No truth. She is a very close friend to me and one of the nicest girls I have ever known. We meet up once in a while but no romance happening for sure." In another interaction, putting a full stop to the speculations, Rahul was quoted as saying, “I am following a strict diet these days and since she is a restaurateur, she tells me how to go about it.
