Disha Parmar and Rahul Vaidya left their huge fan following in awe by announcing their first pregnancy. The actress radiated pregnancy glow in the first picture she shared flaunting her baby bump. The daddy-to-be, Rahul Vaidya talked about his wife, Disha's pregnancy and called it unexpected. Meanwhile, on the work front, the mom-to-be, Disha Parmar is going to be super busy as she is going to feature in the third season of Ekta Kapoor's television show, Bade Acche Lagte Hain.
The daddy-to-be, Rahul Vaidya talked about his wife, Disha's pregnancy in an interview with The Times of India. He shared that he always wanted to embrace fatherhood. While it was unexpected news for him, he is trying to sync in the feeling of being a papa soon. The singer, who often travels, revealed that he was in Goa and when he came back to Mumbai, Disha revealed her pregnancy to him.
Disha Parmar was massively loved for portraying the role of 'Priya Sood Kapoor' in the second season of the show, Bade Acche Lagte Hain. Her chemistry with Nakuul Mehta, who was playing, 'Ram' was etched in the hearts of their fans. In the same interview, Disha talked about working in Bade Acche Lagte Hain 3 during her pregnancy.

The mommy-to-be, Disha shared that the reason for signing the third season of Bade Acche Lagte Hain was that it will be a finite show, and it will be like a web show, with a crisp and fast-paced storyline. For the unversed, Disha got Rs. 80,000 per episode in the last season of it. Talking about the same, Disha shared:
"So, I opted for it as it will work in my favour since I am pregnant. Taking up a new daily soap right now would not have been possible, but since this is a finite one, it suited me."
On May 18, 2023, Disha and Rahul shared a collaborative post and announced that they are going to be parents soon. In the first picture, Disha and Rahul were seen twinning in black ensembles. Rahul donned a black-coloured T-shirt with black jeans. On the other hand, Disha radiated pregnancy glow in a black bodycon dress. Her cute baby bump was also clearly visible.
Rahul was holding a blackboard, on which it was written, "Mummy Daddy". In the next photo, Disha shared her baby's sonography picture and we could see a glimpse of their soon-to-be-born baby. Along with it, Disha penned a note, which can be read as:
"Hello from Mummy Daddy to be & the BABY!!"
