They met on the sets of Sasural Simar Ka and had become good friends, and after dating for almost 3 years, they had decided to go public and had confessed their love for each other. On February 22, 2018, the duo had tied the knot in a nikah ceremony. The lovely couple had completed two years of marital bliss and one look at this lovely couple gives us major relationship goals.
Dipika makes sure to give glimpses of her happy life by sharing an adorable picture with her hubby, Shoaib, and her in-laws. On May 16, 2020, Dipika took to her Instagram handle and shared an ethereal picture with her pati, Shoaib, where the lovely couple looked like a match-made-in-heaven. Along with the picture, she wrote a heart-melting caption which can be read as “You are the strongest when your husband’s priority is your happiness” followed by an array of heart emoticons.
In an interview with the Indian Express, Dipika had talked at lengths about her relationship with Shoaib. When asked what was that one thing, she loves about Shoaib, Dipika had stated that she loves the way he values each and every relationship in his life. Be it his family, friends or even co-actors, Shoaib is somebody, who treats everyone with the same respect. He does not differentiate between people and takes everyone along and walks ahead. To marry the love of her life, Shoaib, Dipika had converted into Islam. In an interview with The Times of India, Dipika had revealed the reasons for converting into Islam and had stated, “Joh sach hai woh hai (Truth is the truth). It's true I have done it, but why and when I have done it, don't think it needs to be talked about. I think it is a very personal matter and I don't think I need to talk about it openly in front of the media. Definitely, it is true and I am not denying it. I am very happy and proud that I have done it for myself and my happiness. My family was with me in this decision and my intentions were to hurt anyone. This is my decision.”
Dipika is adored by her in-laws, and she also never leaves a chance to express her love for them. In many of her interviews, the doting bahu of the Ibrahim family has expressed the immense love showered by her in-laws. On April 23, 2020, Dipika, had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a picture with hubby, Shoaib Ibrahim, and her mother-in-law. In the picture, Dipika was seen hugging her mother-in-law while Shoaib was seen resting his head on Dipika’s shoulder while her sister-in-law, Saba clicked the picture. Along with the picture, she had written how blessed she is to have such a loving family. Her post could be read as “In muskurahaton se badhkar ab aur kya maangu uparwale se.... Apne khazaane ka ye sabse keemti zewar usne hume de diya hai. @saba_ka_jahaan was clicking it so is not in it.
