When a couple is expecting a baby, they start to plan a nursery for their soon-to-be-born little one. From deciding the theme to making space in their room, every soon-to-be parent thinks of the best place for their baby. Celebrities these days are taking the nursery setting experience to another level as they are ensuring that their baby’s foundation is done right with gender-neutral and world love thoughts. Dia Mirza also designed a gender-neutral, peace-loving nursery for her son, Avyaan Azad Rekhi.
On October 25, 2021, Dia Mirza had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted three pictures from her son's nursery. In the photos, the newbie mommy could be seen donning a white-coloured lace top with blue denim. She was sitting on a wooden stool with nature-themed wallpaper on the walls. Alongside the picture, Dia had written:
"My favourite place in the world these days is Avyaan's nursery. Nature love reflecting with our wall art by @kalakaarihath."

A few hours back, Dia Mirza shared a video on her IG handle, giving a tour into her son, Avyaan’s nursery. Well, Avyaan’s nursery is set up on the wall adjacent to a window that has a balcony outside. The backside of his cot is designed with nature-themed wallpaper and his white cot is decorated with soft toys in animals’ shapes. Beside Avyaan’s cot, there is a set of chairs and a table for his family members to spend time with him.
It was after four months of Avyaan Azad Rekhi’s birth that Dia Mirza had revealed his face on her IG handle for the first time. Dia had surprised everyone by sharing the picture of her prince. The picture with a pencil sketch filter had featured little Avyaan sleeping in his mom's arms. Atop the picture, Dia had written:
''Our story has only just begun Avyaan 15.09.2021.''

To announce her baby boy’s birth, Dia Mirza had taken to her IG handle on July 14, 2021, and had shared a cute picture of his little fingers. Revealing his name, Dia had shared how his birth was a miracle because he had arrived much before the due date. She had written:
''To paraphrase Elizabeth Stone, "To have a child is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body." These words perfectly exemplify Vaibhav and my feelings right now. Our heartbeat, our son Avyaan Azaad Rekhi was born on May 14th. Having arrived early, our little miracle has since then been cared for by tireless nurses and doctors in the Neonatal ICU."
Dia had also revealed why she had to undergo an emergency C-section. She had shared:
"A sudden appendectomy during my pregnancy and a subsequent and very severe bacterial infection could have led to sepsis and proven to be life-threatening. Thankfully, the timely care and intervention by our doctor ensured the safe birth of our baby via an emergency C-section."
For the unversed, Dia Mirza and Vaibhav Rekhi had tied the knot on February 15, 2021.
