The South Indian superstar, Dhanush is one of the most bankable actors in the country. With so many blockbuster films to his name, Dhanush has also impressed audiences with his work in Bollywood and Hollywood too. While on the professional front, the handsome actor is riding high. In terms of his personal life, he is winning there too, as the actor recently purchased a luxury house in Chennai’s one of the poshest areas, Poes Garden.
As per the reports, Dhanush organised an intimate housewarming party and his close friends and relatives attended it. It was an intimate party, and not many people were invited for the same. One of them was the president of the actor’s fan club and popular Indian director, Subramaniam Siva. The filmmaker took to his Instagram handle and shared two pictures from the housewarming ceremony.

In the picture, Dhanush can be seen donning a blue-hued kurta along with a cream-hued pyjama. While the actor looked dapper in his look, his parents can also be spotted in the photo. The doting parents can be seen receiving some sweets and fruits from the director, Subramaniam Siva. Apart from the cute moment, we can also take a closer look at Dhanush’s luxury house, and the stairs in the background have ignited rumours of it being a duplex bungalow. Other than that, the interiors of the house looked quite aesthetic and modern.
If the reports are to be believed, Dhanush has gifted his parents this brand-new house, and it speaks volumes about his love for his parents. The reports received a big backing from Dhanush’s director friend, Subramaniam Siva, who penned a long note in the caption of his post featuring two pictures from the actor’s housewarming party. An excerpt from the same can be read as:
"My younger brother Dhanush’s new house is giving me a feel of a temple. In his lifetime, he has provided his parents with a paradise-like home."

Dhanush’s luxurious home is in Chennai’s Poes Garden Area, and for the unversed, Rajinikanth also lives in the same area. If the reports are to be believed, the distance between the houses of the two big superstars isn’t too much. While Dhanush’s house is reportedly worth Rs. 150 crores, Rajinikanth’s house is estimated to be around Rs. 35 crores. The move is turning a lot of heads. It has already set many tongues wagging, as a few months back, reports were rife that Dhanush and Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth have reportedly shown signs of reconciliation. Now, Dhanush purchasing a property close to his father-in-law, Rajinikanth’s residence, is nothing but a cheerful piece of news for the fans of Aishwarya and Dhanush, who are praying for their patch-up.
On the professional front, Dhanush was recently seen in the film, Vaathu.
