Apart from daily soaps, Rajiv has also been part of several reality shows like Nach Baliye and Bigg Boss. For the unversed, Rajiv Paul was married to actress, Delnaaz Irani. However, the couple parted ways after fourteen years of marriage in 2012.
Meanwhile, on October 14, 2022, Rajiv Paul had taken to his Instagram handle and posted the first-ever picture from his intimate wedding. The actor didn't reveal the details about his bride. Moreover, he had shared a picture, wherein his bride's back was visible, and her face was hidden. Sharing the post, Rajiv had written:
"They say once bitten twice shy... But still.. It's worth a try... Once again...all the vows...the rituals... Itne saare log shaadi kar rahe hai Koi Karwa Chauth mana raha hai... Well...now it's time.. Happiness for all."

Ever since, the actor, Rajiv Paul had shared the news about his second marriage, netizens have gone crazy. But now, the actor has clarified the confusion about the latest picture of his wedding and revealed that he is all single. In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Rajiv Paul denies getting married. He even said that he has no plans of getting hitched anytime soon. Elaborating on the same, Rajiv revealed that the picture he had earlier shared on his IG handle, was a wedding sequence from his show, Sasuraal Simar Ka 2. In his words:
"I posted that picture in jest, and we are shooting in a place where there is bad network. I lost internet connectivity for hours, and then my phone's battery was dead. The moment I turned my phone on, I was flooded with congratulatory messages and calls. Then I realised what people had perceived. I am totally single. I am not seeing anyone, nor do I want to get married. Once bitten is indeed twice shy. People say they are ‘happily married’ which is ironic. Never say never. But for now, I am happy being single and don’t want to get married. Nothing against those people who do believe in it, though. It’s their choice."
On the other hand, his ex-wife, Delnaaz Irani is in a live-in relationship with DJ Percy Karkaria. The actress even got proposed to by him on her 50th birthday. In an interview with TellyChakkar, Delnaaz had mentioned that her 50th birthday became more special as the love of her life, Percy had proposed and asked her to spend an eternity with him. Talking about the same, she had said:
"Percy popped the question, "Will you grow old with me?", it was simply magical. We haven't thought about marriage yet, and everyone knows about it. I and Percy have been quite vocal about it."
